This year for mum and I has been tough, many changes made for mum's well being, and lots for mum to adapt too. I wouldn't be able to cope or even think straight without the team that care for mum. I could tell you all time after time how thankful we are to have you by our side, but it would never be
enough.

The staff who have helped my relative have always been kind, caring and supportive. They are friendly and helpful with her daily needs and put a smile on her face when they visit. The staff in the office help out with unexpected issues and offer advice or ideas on how the care might be better. Very

Caresta Ltd, trading as West Cornwall Care have been caring for my wife for a very long time and they are an excellent company and can't speak highly enough of them. Without them, I would have given up years ago.

Very happy with the care provided. Carers are kind, helpful and have a great sense of humour.
Whenever I have phoned with a problem or needed some extra help the response has been brilliant.

Very happy with the care, teated with respect, nothing is too much trouble. Always happy to help me and my dad. The overall care is very good. Would recommend to anyone. Always friendly and polite.

West Cornwall Care are excellent - they've been looking after me for the past nine years and throughout pandemics, staff shortages, sickness etc. they have always provided the best service possible. I would thoroughly recommend.

My Grandad came home from hospital in the beginning of 2020 and Caresta Ltd, trading as West Cornwall Care have provided excellent care for him and have accommodated his needs very well. They have been a friendly face to both my Nan and Granddad when the lockdown came into effect in March 2020. The
care agency staff are extremely helpful, kind, caring, compassionate and professional in all they do for our family. I would highly recommend Caresta Ltd, trading as West Cornwall Care to anyone in need of home care.

Having suffered a fall and being discharged from hospital the same day, my friend and family member was tasked to source her own care. Due to the injury received her mobility was poor and she was unable to wash and dress herself. Not only was she incapacitated, she was badly shaken and feeling
extremely vulnerable. With no family in the area and friends unable to assist because of the Covid19 and lockdown we made contact with Caresta Ltd, trading as West Cornwall Care. Within an hour they had paperwork in place and had come to our aid.
The carers who looked after my friend were lovely, professional and caring. They made her feel safe while she recovered and helped her to regain her independence. Thank you.

My wife has been with West Cornwall Care for 14 years or more. They are excellent and couldn't live without them. When extra problems have cropped up, they've always stepped up to help -I can't speak highly enough of them.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the wonderful team at Caresta Care. My mum and dad have lived in the same house since 1976 and after Dad passed away Mum managed very well but as the years have gone on she has found it increasingly difficult to keep up with the
management of the house and shopping, she was easily confused and as a family, we were a little concerned about her safety. So, we slowly introduced the concept of mum having a little helping hand around the home, initially, she was a little worried thinking that they were going to take over, but I can honestly say that Mum is thriving with the extra help and especially the company. She frequently says how reassured she feels that she sees someone every day. As a family, we are extremely pleased with the respectful care and attention Mum is getting. Mum is happy, the family can spend quality time with Mum... it's a win-win all round!

We are very happy with the care provided for my dad by the staff at West Cornwall Care.
We were concerned about getting Dad a carer to help him washing as he has always refused but it was no problem for West Cornwall Care, who went to visit and won Dad over! Dad has a great relationship with all of
the staff who visit. We have found them to be very professional and caring.

Excellent care, providing comfort in the home and great back up from the team in the office. My mother is always happy after their visit and it provides much-needed respite for family members who look after her.

My Uncle required single handed help once a day, but over time, due to age and disability, he relied on four visits a day. He ended up being bed bound, he was always pleased when the care staff arrived and said nothing was too much trouble for them. It was reassuring that he felt that way. With
their care, he was able to stay at home, which was his greatest wish, until his recent death.

We are very happy with the care provided for mum by the dedicated staff at West Cornwall Care.
Mum has a good relationship with all of the staff who visit her to help with her needs and looks forward to their company. We have found them to be very professional and caring.

I have been very satisfied with the care I have received. The carers are kind, considerate and efficient. They respect me and my home. They are always cheerful and most of them have a great sense of fun. They are always careful to ask me how I want things done. Although I am fortunate to have
friends and family nearby, I always look forward to the carer's evening visit. I appreciate having the same carers, which makes life easier and more comfortable. We have occasionally had to alter the arrangements, which has always been managed efficiently and no problems raised.

Importantly, an open dialogue is always available. Concerns are listened to with understanding of the client's condition.
Continuity of carers provided is maintained where possible enabling personal relationships to be developed.
Carers get to know the client and any difficulties connected with
their particular health condition.
On the whole great attention is paid to clients needs.
I am always kept informed of any problems and try to be available when needed.
