Above and beyond - Have used this homecare service for wife and husband over last 2/3 years. Wife now in dementia home, and unfortunately Husband has now also gone into care, but he is 97 and kept going quite well with the help of GOOD carers. Most of the Spink's team went above and beyond what
was asked of them, in difficult circumstances at times. I would say that some of them even rang me to keep me updated with issues they thought I should be informed of (as P.O.A) but living over an hours drive from Saltash. This I found very reassuring and helpful, as it let me know how things were going and any issues before my visits and saved me reading all the notes.
