View Full Details of Trinity Homecare - Somerset & WiltshireAfter having a bad experience with a local care agency, I did an exhaustive search for the best agency in England and at first found country cousins, which then led me to Trinity Home care. Upon meeting the care coordinator my apprehension began to reduce; the perfect balance between professionalism and empathy. As I said, I had had a bad experience with another agency, and so my guard was up; the other agency I had used sent someone into my parents who was clearly and utterly inept. But after talking with the care coordinator, and being assured that all their employees have been trained in house, I began to finally relax with the knowledge that Dad was in good hands. Our carer, was an absolute godsend; such a calming presence and such a lovely person, he really brought an aura of peacefulnes. He was kind, so helpful and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. In short, words can't express how supportive and calming they both were. I would recommend Trinity with absolute confidence to anyone.
During the time that I have been needing assistance with my daily care I have been truly great full for the professional way that all carers have conducted themselves always with a friendly smile allowing me to do things I could do myself but stepping in when I needed assistance but always allowing me to maintain my dignity
I can't speak highly enough of Trinity Homecare. From my initial enquiries, the company has shown genuine professionalism, dedication and compassion. The carers are reliable, attentive, kind and respectful and always treat my parents with dignity, taking time to get to know them and support their needs. Communication is excellent and I know that my parents are in safe hands which gives me peace of mind.
Trinity Homecare initially provided weekly domestic support for my parents . As circumstances changed they have gradually increased to providing several visits a day for welfare checks and now personal care . We have found the managers easy to contact and very responsive. They contact us immediately with any concerns . They try to keep to a small group of carers for consistency. The staff are friendly, caring and skilled. As well as being flexible in the frequency of their visits, they have taken the trouble to get to know our father. They make every effort to meet his needs, and to adapt to them as his needs change.
I am very pleased with the care given to my husband . All the Carers are very kind, caring , compassionate and very helpful and make such a difference to me with their help. My husband is very happy with all the carers and I would definitely recommend Trinuty Homecare Somerset . The office staff are very helpful and can always be contacted if we have a problem.
My partner gets great support and the carers are good and friendly especially as she is largely non verbal. She likes all the ladies who support her and times are flexible around her social activities.
This review is to say how pleased and impressed we have been by the service recently provided to my Mother by the Somerset and Wiltshire Branch of Berkeley Home Health. She needed a home care package at short notice following the closure of her previous care provider and Berkeley rose nobly to the challenge! The Branch team showed a high level of professionalism from the start, taking us through the on-boarding process sensitively and efficiently. They have continued to deliver an effective, efficient and flexible service, providing excellent and competent care staff to visit my mother in her home. The Branch team have also shown very good communication with/ commitment to us. Our contract with them has only ceased because my mother has needed to move into a care home, or we would be very happy to continue with them. We would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone considering them for a home care service. Thank you for looking after Mum so well!
I'm very pleased with the level of care given to my aunt, who is 92 and housebound. The Berkeley carers attend to her four times a day. They are thoughtful, courteous and efficient. They also consider her overall needs, not just their allocated tasks; they consider and recommend bath needs, alarm, and shopping. Importantly, they also try their best to be on time. I would be happy to recommend them.
Superb! After struggling with several other less than satifactory care providers, Berkeley has been a revelation! Their standard of care is exemplary, the staff are compassionate, empathetic, friendly and kind, well trained and efficient. I would highly recommend Berkeley Care to anyone that needs a Domiciliary service.
Berkeley Home Health has been looking after me for several years and although it has always had good carers, since there has been a change of manager, the service provided and the carers are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. I feel totally safe in their hands.
Berkeley Care staff have been fantastic with their care for my mother over the last few years, where her needs have changed they have accommodated all her care requirements with diligence and in a pleasant and personal manner. I cannot fault their literally excellent “bedside manner”, two carers especially have been a real ray of light in Mum's life with their personal touch and formed a bond with Mum. It has sometimes been difficult with Mum's changing physical and sometimes mental state but they have continued to adapt and deal with these in a very professional and again personal way, for that we have been very grateful. Mum would definitely not have been able to stay in her own home if it had not been for Berkeley Care supporting my sister and myself in our efforts to maintain Mum's wishes to stay in her own home to the last, this was achieved and for that, my sister and myself will remain forever grateful to Berkeley Care.
Berkley have been there for us through an extremely tough time. My mum lost her husband and could not care for herself, we had no response from any other company to help us. The team went above and beyond to make sure Mum had the care she needed at the right times. They even upped the care at short notice after she had a stroke.
Very respectful of my father and his care and wants and my father looked forward to seeing all of them. If any problems arose they were dealt with or the carers would contact us straight away. Nothing ever seemed too much.
This care provider through various guises provided remarkable care to my mother for well over 10 years. We had some tough times but the care enabled her to remain in her own home despite not being able to walk, bathe and go to the loo on her own. She died aged 100 and one day. Enough said.
My father has a ½ hour visit to provide company and heat up a food meal. The carers always leave the kitchen area clean and tidy. Dad enjoys the company of the carers and looks forward to their visits. They are always on time and have never let him down. If they feel Dad needs me they always contact me and stayed with Dad until I arrive. We would recommend this company to anybody.
what a pleasure to deal with carers who 'care'. Starting down the care route is a difficult balancing act but you curtainly get the balance right. From the office staff to the carers on the front line the care in delivered in a very professional caring way. Well done Wessex.
My Mother-in-Law has mixed dementia and it recently became apparent she was no longer capable of caring for herself properly. Once Castle Care started, they have come in every lunch-time to give her a hot meal, and make her a sandwich for the evening. They also stay and chat with her over a cup of tea, and my Mother-in-Law regards them all as friends. They treat her with respect and courtesy, even when she has had the odd episodes to do with her illness, and they have met each crisis with commendable efficiency and compassion, contacting the doctor when required and keeping us fully informed of all problems or just progress updates. Castle Care have now been caring for Mother-in-Law for around four months, and it has made a huge difference to her. Now she is properly fed, she seems brighter and more like her old self, although we know she can only get worse. They have also been supportive to us, offering a path through the maze and making several helpful suggestions to make both her and our lives easier. They are an excellent and committed agency, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
My father was very unsure about having carers but they are very friendly nothing is to much trouble. Always on time. All the carers were of the same high standard.we were able to go on holiday and have peace of mind. When we came back dad was very happy.
