I could not recommend these people to anyone. The carers themselves were adequate (one or two being exceptional), but the management, administration and communication of the services were truly dreadful. The office staff were truculent, diffident and resentful. My aunt was never told who would be
coming, or at what time - she had to ring herself every week to find out. The assumption appeared to be that she wasn't going anywhere and could wait. They labelled her as 'difficult' from the beginning because she didn't get along with all the carers and expressed her preferences - as well she might - and moaned constantly to me about her, which was very unprofessional. Carers turned up when they had been cancelled (with adequate notice) and then charged at full rate. To cap it all, my aunt's contract was terminated abruptly and without the required notice when one of the managers had a fit of pique. Steer clear!
