Ginger Homecare are providing care for my nana. I have found them to be extremely reliable, caring, compassionate and respectful on all visits. Good communication is held between us of a family and the office. We cannot thank Ginger Homecare enough.

I find Ginger Homecare a very reliable and caring agency. All staff are very sociable, always willing to help and go that extra mile. The care Mum receives is excellent and I can't thank them enough for all the support.

I and my sister are very pleased with the service given to our brother. The two carers have done all I have asked with regard to his care, and in the hour they are there, they have done more e.g. tidying up, washing worktops etc. He is not good with new people because of his speech, but he has taken
to both carers who treat him with dignity. I am glad I chose Ginger Homecare, as they are very professional and only minutes away should I need to go to the office.

The care my dad has is fantastic. He has a very attentive carer who he likes and is extremely good at her job. I feel so much better knowing that she visits him 3 times a day and that he is in very good hands with someone he is comfortable with. She is a great support to both my dad and us as a

I use Ginger Homecare Ltd once a week and the member of staff is excellent. She always makes sure we feel special and leaves my house immaculate. I know that if I needed extra care I would be treated as such.

Ginger Homecare Ltd have been very helpful from first calling to arrange care for my dad to the care he has had in his home. His carer has been very good at putting my dad at ease and he really classes her as "A1" in his words. She goes above and beyond in taking care of my dad cooking, cleaning,
personal care and even picking up shopping. She also keeps me informed of anything I may need to know. The office staff are very accommodating.

Very good company. I've been a service user of Ginger Home Care Ltd for eleven years now with little problems. Carers most of the time turn up at the allotted time sometimes the carers haven't turned up at all, but they've rung to say sorry, but that is few and far between. Overall I'm very very
pleased with Ginger Home Care, the carers are very friendly and I've got no problems with most of the carers.

Very prompt delivery and very much appreciated. I've been in pain for a long time it's good to know people to do things for me. Love them all they help me keep grounded.
