View Full Details of Angels Healthcare BirminghamGreat staff and service provided for my mum who has dementia and is housebound.
Very pleased with all the staff. Kind and caring, easy to please. Mum seems happy with all the staff.
'Angels' really describes all the people from this company that my father has had providing his care since early June. He has just said "all the girls feel like family" when I asked him for his input into this review! He did have initial reservations about strangers going into his house when he was discharged from stroke rehab back to home care, but the Angels soon allayed those with their cheerful helpfulness. I was made aware that all staff are vetted and undertake various training qualifications if they don't already have. This is before they are put onto rotas to attend to clients and you can really see it with how they treat people, as well as how they are as 'Angels'. I am so glad the company were assigned to help him, and I will definitely, definitely continue to use their care.
Easy to organise. Great staff who quickly understood our requirements. Staff arrived and were able to assist my elderly mother with day to day requirements. Very kind staff who could not do enough when visiting.
Review went well.
Cannot fault the care team involved in my father's care. They are professional, trustworthy, and so very caring. They treat my father with the utmost respect, compassion, and always place his dignity as their main priority. It's so comforting to know that my father is safe and completely taken care of. An outstanding team.
We have a good team of care providers and are very happy with what they do. We get on with every one of the team and would like to thank them all for the good job they do.
I find them very helpful and I'm happy with them all.
We are very happy with Mum's care. The girls are all very good with Mum and treat her with kindness. It is reassuring to us that we know she is being well looked after when we are not home. We couldn't cope without Angels Healthcare.
I am very happy with the care we received, plus the happy carers who are always pleasant.
I had a lovely young lady visit my mom last week and she went above and beyond for her even with the smallest tasks, my mom felt so comfortable as she hasn't had carers for very long so was very unsettled for a while, this young lady has left her with so much confidence in carers especially at a young age she was very professional and sympathetic and had great intelligence and advice as to what would be best for my mom. Brilliant company and brilliant carers.
Carers are always polite, cheerful, helpful and respectful.
The carers are good and provide good care and conversations, but the management is non-caring and non-cooperative. They don't like to discuss queries. They have no commitment to well-being, sympathy, empathy, compassion, understanding, or communication skills, and do not seem to understand two-way conversations to resolve queries/issues you may have.
Carers have been very friendly towards us and shown dignity with approach. We look forward to their visits and conversation.
I like the continuity the Angels bring to my mum. Every Angel is polite and caring. They follow the same work ethos. Angels work in harmony with each other. Thank you.
Extremely pleased with the level of care provided to my mom. My parents had reservations about carers but Angels Healthcare are excellent - professional and friendly.
My Mum has had excellent care. Whenever I have had reason to contact Angels Healthcare they have always been helpful and dealt with any problems or queries straight away. I always do the teatime call and do my Mum a cooked dinner and on the very rare occasion when I haven't been able to do it, but can do lunch instead, they have been happy to do a soup, which is good to know that I can.
The company was at one time one of the best around. But lately not so much. Carers not turning up for wake-up calls. Yet nothing ever seems to change. This has happened on a number of occasions.
The Angels cared for my mother-in-law for a year before she died at home and provided excellent support for my father-in-law during this time. After her death, when my father-in-law's health began to deteriorate, we had no hesitation in asking for their help once again. As individuals and a team, they are caring, compassionate and very professional. They not only fulfil their routine duties excellently but are also flexible, responding to changing needs or challenging circumstances as they happen. As a family living at a distance, we particularly value, in agreement with my father-in-law, their communications with us, their quickness to alert us to any concerns or developments which enables us to respond in a timely manner ourselves. We could not be more grateful or appreciative of their support.
Angels Healthcare helped to look after my mother last year when she was sent out of hospital at end of life. The care that my mother received from Angels was just brilliant, they supported us all as a family, not just my mother. The carers are very passionate and dedicated to their job. We could not have asked for better.
