The staff are worth their weight in gold and I can't thank them enough as they have made not only dad's life easier/better but mine too knowing he is being well cared for.

Overall the service provided is excellent and I would recommend the company.

The staff have been wonderful with their care and support for both my husband (the client) and myself as his wife nothing is too much trouble for them they have also been very flexible at times to accommodate appointments, i.e. hospital and day care.

I honestly can't speak more highly of this agency. They cared for my father for 2 years, and right up until we lost him on 9th February 2026. From start to end, they came in every day with a smile, and they treated my dad with respect, dignity, kindness, and patience. They treated him as if he were their own father, and I mean that sincerely. As a family they gave us so much confidence in their abilities, so much so that we would happily leave dad alone with them whilst we went out. Angels staff honestly are incredible people, they cannot do enough for you, and they go above and beyond on a daily basis. Since my father's passing, they have remained in touch, and have visited my mother to check how she's doing. They came to dad's funeral and you could see how much they cared for my dad, and us all as a family. We are forever indebted to Angels for everything they have done, and I would highly recommend their services. They truly live up to their name - Angels.

My mother was very reluctant to have carers at first. I wanted the carers to come in and assist with my mom's showering. At first, she was resistant, but she came to enjoy the company and help when needed. The carers are excellent. I have needed help with the financial side of my mom's care. The management have taken the trouble to help me with this. It is nice to have the support.

Carers are always polite, cheerful, helpful and respectful.

The carers are good and provide good care and conversations, but the management is non-caring and non-cooperative. They don't like to discuss queries. They have no commitment to well-being, sympathy, empathy, compassion, understanding, or communication skills, and do not seem to understand two-way conversations to resolve queries/issues you may have.

Carers have been very friendly towards us and shown dignity with approach. We look forward to their visits and conversation.

I like the continuity the Angels bring to my mum. Every Angel is polite and caring. They follow the same work ethos. Angels work in harmony with each other. Thank you.
