Extremely pleased with the level of care provided to my mom. My parents had reservations about carers but Angels Healthcare are excellent - professional and friendly.
Thank you so much for your review, we appreciate your comments, I will let our team know.
My Mum has had excellent care. Whenever I have had reason to contact Angels Healthcare they have always been helpful and dealt with any problems or queries straight away. I always do the teatime call and do my Mum a cooked dinner and on the very rare occasion when I haven't been able to do it, but can do lunch instead, they have been happy to do a soup, which is good to know that I can.
Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate your support.
The company was at one time one of the best around. But lately not so much. Carers not turning up for wake-up calls. Yet nothing ever seems to change. This has happened on a number of occasions.
Hi, sorry to hear and just learning about this issue. Have you spoken to a member of our team regarding your concerns that you have raised in this review as I can assure you we will take this very seriously? I will arrange for this to be addressed and someone to make contact with you today. Thanks.
The Angels cared for my mother-in-law for a year before she died at home and provided excellent support for my father-in-law during this time. After her death, when my father-in-law's health began to deteriorate, we had no hesitation in asking for their help once again. As individuals and a team, they are caring, compassionate and very professional. They not only fulfil their routine duties excellently but are also flexible, responding to changing needs or challenging circumstances as they happen. As a family living at a distance, we particularly value, in agreement with my father-in-law, their communications with us, their quickness to alert us to any concerns or developments which enables us to respond in a timely manner ourselves. We could not be more grateful or appreciative of their support.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We are so pleased that you and your family were happy with our service. We always aim to provide the best quality of care we can. Again, thank you and we wish you all well and stay safe.
Angels Healthcare helped to look after my mother last year when she was sent out of hospital at end of life. The care that my mother received from Angels was just brilliant, they supported us all as a family, not just my mother. The carers are very passionate and dedicated to their job. We could not have asked for better.
Thank you very much for your kind comments we are overwhelmed with this review. Thank you.
Angels Healthcare are a professional, caring health care provider who have been attending to my son's needs for a number of years. First-class staff who are thoughtful and caring. They have always been obliging even in emergencies outside of specific call times. The staff who attend my son are always pleasant and brighten up his day. The same carers are allocated to my son so that it becomes a more personal service rather than just a job. A rapport is built up between client and staff which makes the client more at ease about having to have care staff call. My son and I are so grateful for not only the care that they offer but for the mental health side of things. It can be pretty lonely on your own all day and the staff at Angels certainly keep him in good spirits! All in all an all-round professional, caring company providing an excellent service!
Thank you very much for your kind comments. Here at Angels, we are always happy to help and do our best to meet the individual's needs. We are extremely overwhelmed with this review, thank you.
