The staff coming into my Mother's home have been truly amazing, they have never been late she has always known who was coming and both of them have looked forward to each staff member coming describing them as "a breath of fresh air coming into the house". On top of PC duties which were carried out
with the highest regard for dignity, infection control and promoting and maintaining independence on each occasion, the staff also did little jobs they couldn't do themselves which made a big difference and I personally cannot thank them enough. Both my parents have said what a "stress-free" and " reliable" experience they have had from Jemcare and are only sorry there is no room at present for them to be their provider on a full-time basis. I can highly recommend Jemcare having done the job personally for many years and being an NVQ assessor I could not fault the staff or the management on any area of the care and service provided and I personally cannot thank them enough.
