No risk assessments carried out in writing and signed carers are rude and and not that gentle. They don’t care about the people they look after, just leaving them to rot in a bed, that’s all they want to do. The care is poor and respect for the client and family is poor.

I was unhappy with our original timings and took the time to actually phone the manager, the issue was resolved quickly and with respect. Homecare Services thank you. I now know that you take our care seriously and am confident that if in future I have an issue, I need only pick up the phone.
