I have now been a client of Napier for 15 months. My experience has been nothing but positive. The care I receive is of a high standard and each carer meets my needs, whether it be personal care or a chat. There is also excellent communication from the management and I have always found them to be
very approachable. The carers recognise I need to gain as much independence as is possible, and do their utmost to promote this, helping me gain confidence to perform small tasks I never thought I'd do again. I would like to give a special mention to the staff who are truly wonderful kind people, and provide me with fantastic care.
