Not sure what to say. The carers I have had have all done a good job, and always with a smile. The office staff likewise have always been helpful.

I have found the service good so far. No complaints. What I don't understand is why I get the rota sent to me sometimes 3 times weekly when there is no change. I did once request a copy of the notes but only had them once. I would like these monthly if possible.

My sister has been a client of Hartwig Care since 2018. My sister has always received outstanding care provide by the company. Staff have been amazing to my sister through out the years. They provide considerable care and compassion towards my sister. They make her feel comfortable as possible and
support her with great care and dignity during the visits. So far I have been pleased with most of the staff that have cared for my sister and could I not fault them at all. I'm very pleased that I have chosen Hartwig Care, as they have provided excellent care and have dealt with any issues arising effectively by the management team. I would highly recommend Hartwig care to friends and family.
