I have found the service good so far. No complaints. What I don't understand is why I get the rota sent to me sometimes 3 times weekly when there is no change. I did once request a copy of the notes but only had them once. I would like these monthly if possible.

Staff have been amazing to my sister through out the years. They provide considerable care and compassion towards my sister. They make her feel comfortable as possible and support her with great care and dignity during the visits.
