I started having care on 11 September 2023, on a small 2x a week. Over the months, more care was needed as my needs were always met by the team at all times. The care was exemplary and all of the carers were kind, friendly and very efficient. I would strongly recommend the company to anyone in need

We wasn't sure what to expect when we started with Harwig, but we were overwhelmed with the quality of their care, love & support.

They did everything that was planned & agreed plus lots more often calling in between the schedule to help us.

I feel that Hartwig is doing their best to accommodate my needs and mostly the care workers do. However, it is very frustrating when yet another new carer turns up and doesn't appear to have read the notes on the Hartwig app about the particular requirements of the job.
