Extremely impressed with the calibre of staff and support provided. Staff genuinely care for our son and always centre all activities / days out with his needs at the forefront. The level of care that has been provided has changed both our son's life and ours as his parents for the better.
Communication has also been key and management are always available and at the end of phone to reassure, plan and communicate on the best possible way that works for us a family.

Amazing experience, both in calling, booking and staff who helped us. Very thorough and professional. Phoned up today at short notice. Within in 2 minutes all was sorted. Amazing company and even better staff. Thanks

Our home care providers go above and beyond to care for our son so he can attend school and his needs be met. We are very thankful for them and the rapport they have built to ensure our son is happy and comfortable.

Carer was kind and helpful for the whole week.
Always willing and attentive. Cheerful but not too chatty which is what I needed when exhausted after surgery.
She kept on top of the laundry, getting it dry , ironed and back to us. Such a joy not to have to think about that or many other tasks she
just got on with.
I would recommend this carer.

Nurse plus are professional, trustworthy, confidential, caring, supportive and understanding. I don't know what I would do without them! Remarkable service tailored to the clients needs. I would recommend this service to my closet relatives.

Overall a good experience, my son likes the carers and enjoys their support. We feel nurseplus do their best to accommodate the hours and staff we request.
I feel it took us a while to get to used to agency and the office we're always happy to tweak calls and use regular carers upon our request.

Absolutely brilliant home care P.A service for my son, nurse plus are a reliable, friendly, trustworthy team who are always available to speak to, I appreciate the support and the fact that communication is so easy, their reviews on checking in with myself that my son is happy with every aspect of
their services is 5* couldn't be happier, complete peace of mind for me knowing my son is well looked after and happy, enabling me to do other things for myself. I would highly recommend.

Nurseplus Care have been absolutely exceptional in looking after my mum. You all looked after her so beautifully, taking great care to always treat her with great dignity and respect, and treating her as a human that needs love. You were all brilliant at chatting away with her and making each other
laugh. You never felt rushed and always took the time to give her everything she needed. You all brightened Mum's days with smiles and warm, caring words.
Two staff members in particular really went above and beyond to make sure that my sister and I always knew how Mum was doing and arranging care for her. You gave real personal care. We are incredibly grateful for your compassion and professionalism.
We cannot thank you enough.

Following discharge from hospital, my elderly mother was extremely weak, partially incontinent and unable to wash herself. Feeling unable to cope and realising her vulnerability to pressure sores, in desperation I contacted Nurseplus. That very same day a coordinator visited, assessed Mother's needs
and even inspected her for pressure sores there and then. Early next morning, the first carer arrived. The carers have all been excellent, without exception. Their attitude is extremely kind and Mother confirms that she receives a thorough, full body wash. Chatting with the carers and overhearing their interactions with Mother, they genuinely love caring for elderly people and take a real interest in the client. Finally, the office staff have been so flexible, understanding and accommodating when I have needed to suddenly suspend/restart visits due to further emergency hospital readmissions/discharges. Even on a Sunday evening, the phone was cheerfully answered by a human (not voicemail).

My mother received care three times a day for three months from Nurseplus. It was an excellent, reliable service. All of the carers who came genuinely cared for my mum. They were always kind and courteous and they did their best to keep her comfortable and as happy as she could be. They were all
professional but also very friendly and I liked the fact that we got to know the core group of carers who came on a regular basis and they got to know Mum and understand her likes and dislikes. That continuity made a big difference. Mum couldn't have been taken better care of in her final days. It was a big weight off my mind and a huge support to me.

We have had a really positive experience of Nurseplus Care at home. We currently have the two carers coming in to support our child with complex support needs and behaviours that challenge. The provision has been professional and seamless, from initial consultation through to developing the care
plan and the support and daily updates provided. The carers are a great match for our child and so helpful, using their initiative, keeping the environment clean and tidy and being responsive and proactive during the day. We have felt very confident with the care that has been put in place.

Nurseplus have been very accommodating in helping to fulfill our package of care. The staff have been friendly and helpful. They have listened and followed instructions regarding my daughter's care. We now have regular and familiar staff, who have built a relationship up with my daughter, which is
very important to us due to her complex health needs.

Nurseplus has provided a reliable and good service for my mum. She likes all the carers she’s had and they have all been professional, friendly and attentive to Mum. The office has been quick to implement anything we have needed to be added to the routine.

I love having the carers really helping me with building up muscle strength and being able to go out places, playing with the animals, shopping and charity shops, meetings, tasters days, crafts and pottery making.

I really did not want to have carers. My sons were worried about me because there was no reason for my fall. I was very pleased with the people who have helped me. They have been most helpful and pleasant. There are some minor things I can not get to do for myself and they make me more comfortable.

I have found all the carers very efficient, caring and friendly. Mum likes them all. Sometimes mum can't get up as can be very unsteady on her feet and carers can't do their job, but this is understandable and not a problem. When mum is ok she is washed, dressed and put at ease. We have lots of
smiles but she can be lightly aggressive at times but this is coped with, with tact and kindness. Would like a regular time slot but realise this may be difficult.

Nurseplus provided 24/7 live-in care for my sister-in-law. We had four very different carers during the term, and then night carers and relief day carers became involved as more and more care was needed during the terminal illness time zone. I can honestly say each and every carer gave 100% personal
care to my sister-in-law. Their service was friendly, some with humour and all with sensitivity. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
