Nurse Plus have been wonderful with our Mum Kind, caring and professional . We felt happy and comfortable leaving Mum for a couple of hours in their care

Nurseplus were wonderful. They provided someone to be awake all night in my husband's room for palliative care so I could have an uninterrupted night's sleep. It was rejuvenating and the carer could not have been more friendly. The office people kept in touch to make sure all was well. All very

We needed care immediately and someone was available straight away. The assessment was made two hours after the first phone call. It was thorough, extensive and sensitive. The staff are superb, the management is incredibly helpful and the overall service is excellent.

I had a major operation, so needed some help with personal care, but mainly domestic help eg: laundry, cleaning, cooking etc. The two ladies were very personable and helpful, enabling me to gradually regain my independence.

This has been a difficult month for mum and yet everyone came together and made it a lot easier for all concerned. The carers did a great job in difficult circumstances and the office staff were supportive as always.

Can’t fault the care my elderly mother received from Nurse+. She was provided with whole day care whilst I was on a training course.
As always the staff were polite and courteous and Mum always likes to see anyone from the company.

The client is in the advanced stages of motor neurone disease plus other related ailments. Nurseplus have, for some considerable time, provided overnight care initially for 9 hours, now 12. Throughout each of two-member teams have proved punctual, smart, courteous and very professional. Treating the
client with respect and consideration at all times. They have kept the family appraised of the client's problems at all times. Very satisfied with the level of care.

Can't speak highly enough of one of the carers. He is a professional, caring and more like a family friend now. He insists on updating carers when they are arriving as he is leaving. A real professional in every way.

We used Nurse Plus for two years, both my parents had dementia. For the last 18 months, my parents had the same carers continuously which was very important. They were very dedicated and treated my parents with dignity and respect. They became more like family and supported me too.
Two of the
carers care for my parents for the full two years. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic staff who really care. They take the time to be there and offer very high standards of care. The office staff are extremely hard working, efficient, honest and reliable and even though they are busy they take the time to listen. Thank you, Nurse Plus team you are amazing.

Nurse Plus & Carers Plus (Newton Abbot) needs to train their staff on how to handle difficult older people. My 95-year mother had a weeks notice from this company and it was very stressful to mum and me. Different carers arriving very worrying for clients.
