Prestige has cared for my daughter at home on a 24/7 basis since 2012. Throughout Prestige has provided an outstanding quality of care. Several carers have been with us for 5+ years and helped us through many healthcare crises alongside managing my daughter's full support needs on a day-to-day
basis.
They, and the office team, are committed to meeting her detailed care plan while ensuring that she is integrated into the community and enjoying her life. They care for my daughter in the truest sense of the word.

We began a search for the right care agency for our daughter just over a year ago. Our daughter is severely physically disabled but very bright (she knows who and what she likes). We met with three providers and decided to go with Prestige Nursing & Care in Gloucester. From start to finish, the
care and support provided by this agency have been outstanding. They are genuinely caring and take a real interest in each individual, always focusing on meeting personal needs with compassion and respect. The team truly listens, ensuring that the client's requirements are at the heart of everything they do. Management, particularly Julie and Lorraine, have been approachable and quick to make any necessary changes to ensure the best possible care. The team has been kind, caring, and supportive, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend Prestige Nursing.

My mother has recently started having home care provided by Prestige Nursing and Care. She has settled very quickly and has enjoyed getting to know all the different carers. I'm very happy with the care provided and know that my mother is safe and well looked after when I'm not with her.

Prestige provides a reliable and professional service with care at the heart of all they do. The carer goes out of her way to provide stimulating experiences and has a warm and kind hearted approach. Always punctual and positive.

Not only have the Tetbury team been efficient in their care there has also been empathy, trust and understanding. I have been kept updated on all key issues and feel dad is being looked after as best as can be. This helps give me comfort but also I hope dad, though with him, never sure. All
appreciated.

Excellent communication and care of my elderly uncle. I live 600 miles away and can't visit so the care given by all the wonderful staff at Prestige is very reassuring. I receive regular updates and the carers go out of their way to ensure he has everything to make his life comfortable.

The team at Prestige Tetbury have been looking in on mum and dad for a few months now, they have always reported back any concerns and flagged up any issues that might need addressing. The team have become part of my parents daily routine and they look forward to the daily calls. They have never
missed a visit and it's really helped put our minds at rest.

Despite the many pressures care providers are under, and have been under for some time, Prestige has coped very well in providing us with a high standard of care. The carers are friendly and helpful and the backup staff are also friendly and efficient, swiftly solving problems when they inevitably
occur.

On the whole my experience with the Home Care Provider is very good. To work well, both sides need to be a bit flexible, as staff procurement has become more difficult during and since the COVID pandemic. But I am pleased to say the Provider listens to my requests, and does their best to fulfil
them. I am over 80, q.e.d. vulnerable, and prefer to keep with as few members of staff as possible visiting/working in my house, and the agency make provision for this. I am happy with the work done by the helpers from the Agency, they are unfailingly cheerful and obliging. The only caveat I have is with the accounts department: e.g. recently they sent me two bills for the same work period, which is expensive on the postage/mailing side!

Prestige Care provides a nurse/carer for our 14 month old daughter, twice a week for four hours. We have an extra pair of hands to help look after our little one. The nurse/carer loves to look after her, playing games, and songs and being a part of the family. Thank you at Prestige Care for such a
super job.

My mum had advanced MND. Prestige provided an amazing night-time carer. She was so warm and friendly and caring. It really helped to have her support in my mum's final weeks. She was immobile and unable to communicate, but the carer still found a way of engaging with her which we really appreciate.

Prestige carers are very professional and caring people. They are excellent at timekeeping and always arrive when they should. During the last few months, they have coped very well with Mum’s changing needs. There have been some challenging situations they have had to cope with recently, which they
have done very well to adapt to.

The carer provided by Prestige Nursing & Care was not only very professional but extremely caring. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was very sensitive to my husband's needs. Would certainly use this company again.

Prestige genuinely work hard to provide care when we need it. Without exception, their individual Carers have been diligent, capable, experienced and always friendly and kind. They have bailed me out when I've really needed help to care for my elderly Dad on numerous occasions.

Ii am 96 and I live alone, I have one married daughter who with her husband lives in Portugal and four grandchildren. She is London and one in Manchester with their partners.
I have Prestige carers looking after me, collecting my food from the shops every Friday and the other days keep my house
clean and tidy. Iron my laundry, collect my monthly supply of panadol which I need for my acne and post letters for me. With them helping, I am able to live comfortably and according to my wishes. I am eternally grateful.

Over this difficult time, Prestige have continued to provide a high standard of support and care, taking on extra duties due to other supporting friends having to self isolate. The carers are always professional and work well to time. They have allowed my father to live at home more comfortably
than we had hoped. There is a good level of communication between Prestige, myself and my father. He is very happy with the service as are we.

The office manager and staff are all very professional and always aim to provide a great service.
The support team that my daughter has are all friendly, professional and are well trained. We feel very comfortable to leave our daughter in their care and know she will get the best care possible. The
team are also very thoughtful in trying to give our daughter social experiences, which she enjoys.
The nurse who trains our daughter's care staff is always professional and has a friendly manner, and she has a good range of knowledge for complex care clients and treats us as a family with respect when in our home.

Had a few hiccups to start with but now it's all sorted. I want to thank all of you for working so hard especially with the current situation. My daughter is happy and if she is happy then I am - thank you.

My husband gets care 3 times a week. All the ladies that come are very nice and caring. I would recommend Prestige to all my family and friends if they needed care.

A personal carer was used to help my 93-year-old mother be as independent and fully involved in a wedding celebration.
The carer met her beforehand, was with her for 8 hours over the event, attended to her personal hygiene and was kind, professional and courteous during the whole time.
She
accompanied her back to the care home and assisted in helping her to bed. I would highly recommend Prestige for this type of assistance.
