Having Rowan's Carers has been so helpful for myself as I live such a long way from my Mum. My mum looks forwards to your visits. the office team are friendly and helpful. I have appreciated the flexibility around additional requests e.g. taking Mum to hospital appointments. Thank You

I cannot fault the care and consideration to my mum when the carer, on a daily visit, found her on the floor. The response and communication with me whilst the situation was being dealt with was excellent. So glad that I have Rowan House staff involved with my mum's care as it takes a weight off my mind. Thank you to all who are always involved.

I have a carer in the evening to wash me in the parts I cannot manage myself (back etc.) The girls are all lovely. I look forward to seeing them. I am 95 years old, and I appreciate their gentle touch and the little chats we have; they mean so much to me. Thank you so much, Rowan House.

I have explained first-class care and attention both at home and taking me to hospital appointments. The carers have always been extremely helpful and friendly. They do an excellent job of work.

I've found my experience with Rowan House Domiciliary Care to be both reliable and compassionate to my complicated needs. The staff are both warm, friendly and very helpful. The management team inspire confidence and are there to help. My most sincere and grateful thanks for the care that I have been given for the last 10/11 months.

Carers call on Dad 3 times a day. Reassuring that someone sees Dad and I can see up-to-date information on his daily visits through an app on my phone. The girls are always on time and very courteous and respectful with Dad. If he runs out of milk or any bits the girls will offer to get some for Dad. From the comments on the app Dad and the girls have a good chat and giggle together. Would recommend Rowan House for domiciliary care.

We have been very pleased with the standard of care given by your team. The ladies are all wonderful, very kind and caring and can’t do enough for Mum. It is reassuring to know that someone will be calling to check on Mum twice a day, when I’m at work, it gives me such peace of mind. Thank you so much.

Mum has Alzheimers and had stopped bathing, we were getting concerned about how we could get Mum back to using a shower. Our family arranged to trial Rowan House carers to visit to start to build up a relationship and then hopefully get her to shower. After their 2nd visit, they were successful. Their care, professionalism and dignity shown to mum has been exemplary and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rowan House domiciliary care.

The care that my mother receives is outstanding and she is very happy and comfortable with all of the carers. She is treated like family. I also like to review the visit on the app and this helps me know that all is well.

We are so pleased with the care being provided to our Mum by Rowan House. Mum has needed support, reassurance and company - and also thoroughly enjoys being taken out for short walks and shopping trips. Her carers are so kind and helpful in meeting her needs and we're relieved they will be on hand when these increase. For now, it's noticeable that she's so much happier with the extra company she is getting between family visits. We knew we could rely on Rowan House because they also provided personal care for our Dad during the last months of his life four years ago. His carers provided kind and compassionate care for both of our parents at a really difficult time.

The quality of care provided to my father by the carers from Rowan House Domiciliary Care has been flawless. All the carers have provided kindness and understanding to my Father and go above and beyond in every aspect of their care for him. Whenever there are issues, they raise them in their reports using the Birdie App which keeps us very well informed. My father looks forward to their visits every morning and evening. I would highly recommend the care provided by Rowan House Domiciliary Care. Thank you so much.

Rowen House provide home care visits for my mother who has dementia. They have consistently provided person-centred, flexible and professional responses and support for my mother. They have encouraged and empowered her with choice, giving her time and opportunity to choose and express her own thoughts and wishes to lead their care input. They have also responded constructively and creatively to challenging or difficult situations. Recorded care input and reported concerns in a timely manner. Thank you to the whole team; the manager, admin and care team alike. I have no doubt their input has been crucial to maintaining Mum's health and wellbeing and in enabling Mum to continue living at home alone as safely as possible, which is where she has always wanted to be.

The Rowan House Domiciliary Care team are fantastic. The entire team are amazing, considerate, good-humoured and caring. They immediately established a great relationship with my wife and I. The previous levels of stress related to my wife’s care with another agency has vanished. The care provided by the Rowan House team has contributed to my wife’s ongoing steady improvement. Rowan House have been looking after my mum in her own home since my stepdad died. She really looks forward to their visits and feels the girls are her friends. They are kind and jolly, which my mum needs, and are always willing to go that extra mile for Mum and for me. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Rowan house provide good domiciliary care to enable my son to stay at home! He loves when his girls come in and that’s his time! And gives him independence from his parents! The staff are all amazing and caring and have a good relationship with my son! The management listen and always provide staff even if sometimes it can be difficult! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful team
