Excellent service and always happy to help with support we ask for. Staff are extremely friendly and calm when supporting client. Management are always happy to try and accomodate our requests for help.

I went to Rowan House offices to organise some care shopping trips for my mother while I was going to be away on holiday and have found the whole experience wonderful putting my mind at easy for while I was away knowing my mum was going to be in good hands, being able to go on the App to see a report on how my mums trips were was just brilliant, I can truly say that the whole experience went went smoothly and I was able to relax while I was away,

Rowan are providing care support for my mum. It was simple and easy to set up. They have been open and easy to engage with at all times. And the visiting carers have managed to really lift the load off my parents which has been fantastic. They have all been polite, professional and extremely helpful in getting things done that my parents really struggle with these days.

In addition a great reassurance that someone else is helping look out for them.

Ray and I are very happy with the professional but also the kind and friendly people that visit us regularly. We had care for a fortnight following an operation and have nothing but praise for all the carers. They were unfailingly kind, cheerful, patient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Rowan House cared for my father at home in 2021. My mother, who lives "independently," has dementia. She needed morning care after having a bad back, and while I was away the Rowan House team visited daily as requested. Fantastic staff, caring, understanding, and lovely with Mum who could be tricky on some days. I would recommend Rowan House, absolutely 5 stars.

I find the carers who visit me first class, nothing is too much trouble. They are all pleased to assist me. I cannot find a fault with their services.

This is our first experience of having paid help and was necessitated by my wife, Chris, suffering a stroke causing the loss of sight in her good eye and subsequent tests showing that she also had a blood cancer. The latter is not curable but is held in check with medication that leaves her feeling exhausted much of the time. Her problems occurred at about the same time as I had to have open heart surgery last year; resulting in my need of recovering and some loss of stength. We are very pleased with the help given to us by your staff.

All the carers encountered so far have been cheerful, conscientious and of happy disposition. They work well, willingly, and also work on their own initiative. It is always a pleasure when they come, which raises the spirits. I rate very highly the carers I have met so far.

All the carers are very nice and have a sense of humour.

Mum's quality of life has been raised tremendously by daily visits from the Rowan House Domiciliary Care staff. The social contact alone is invaluable in addition to enabling Mum to leave the house. Shopping trips and visits to cafes and even the National Trust give welcome relief from loneliness. Mum has made firm friends with many of the staff and they have a lot of fun together. The staff are always punctual and professional and ready to help with any chores which need doing. They are understanding of her varying difficulties from day to day. It is very reassuring for the whole family that she is being well cared for.

Rowan House have been visiting Mum for two years now and the team are just great. Mum gets warm, friendly, company, simple trips out and help with her shopping and other chores - and we, as family, have the peace of mind that she is being checked in on every day. I particularly value the app, where Mum's carers report back after each visit.

From the time my husband returned from hospital, Rowan House Domicilary Care carers have come regularly to help with personal care and cleaning. All their staff have been kindly and competent, and when care needs changed, the manager Katie helped adjust the routines, so we had seamless assistance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Having their support has enabled us to continue to live in the home we know and love.

Staff continue to show care and understanding. It is reassuring that my mum receives the support she needs and that if any concerns arise, I am contacted. This all takes a weight off and enables me to be daughter and not carer.
