I find the ladies who attend to me very kind and helpful. Always happy to do what I ask for. They are usually on time but obviously, on occasions are delayed.

My mother requires visits 4 times a day and due to immobility, has 2 carers at each visit. The carers we have are always reliable and follow the agreed care plan. We feel we can always trust the carers to act on any problems that might occur and report changed to family members in a timely fashion.
We are very happy with the carers and the care provided.

Katie has worked for Rowan House for over 10 years. Katie worked as a domiciliary carer for many years where she gained a wealth of hands-on care experience. In more recent years Katie carried out an administrative role in the domiciliary office, providing support for the manager.

The domiciliary manager position became available in 2022 and Katie was the obvious choice for the role. Katie is conscientious and hard-working and is growing the domiciliary business with a great team of staff.
