Mum had Specialist Carers since coming out of hospital in January until August and we have been so impressed by the care and professionalism of the whole team. The carers were all so kind and caring, mum looked forward to their visits 4 times a day, which is amazing for someone who was always so independent previously. Any queries were dealt with by the office quickly and efficiently. I felt that the carers had all been trained very well and they always entered mums flat with a cheery greeting. They were always on time and mum had a regular team of carers who we got to know. Very happy with the service provided. Mum had had other care providers previously but these were the best. Thank you for all the care and help.

Specialist Care Services have quite honestly been incredible in the end of life care given to Dad, but also the empathy and support shown to me. Dad and I live together and this was truly the most difficult time we have faced in our lives. Having never experienced care support before and with Dads wishes to pass at home, our last weeks were when we needed the most help to guarantee Dads comfort. The professionalism of the team who came to our home was outstanding. The dignity and respect shown to Dad was comforting and the way the ladies interacted with Dad gave me reassurance he was getting the best possible support and I could trust Dads care to them. If ever in need of care for a family member or even yourself, I promise you this is the best company to contact. I cannot thank the ladies enough for all they did for us.

An excellent care provider. They looked after my Mum on end of life care until she passed away. The care my Mum received was exemplary, the carers were always so kind and gentle with her - but jolly too - they always managed to raise a smile. They were very respectful of my Mum, who very much valued her privacy, and always treated her in a very dignified manner. They were all very knowledgeable, and supportive of me too which I really appreciated. My Mum looked forward to their visits and they were lovely with her and so friendly. And it was nice that we always had the same familiar faces. We really appreciate the help and care that my Mum received, these wonderful carers made a very difficult time for my Mum and her family so much more bearable and I will always be so grateful for that. I can't recommend these carers highly enough, a really lovely caring group of ladies, thank you.

We have utilised Specialist Care Services for a few months, and the professionalism, kindness, and compassion displayed by each member of the team on every visit were exceptional. We were most grateful.

I highly recommend the team led by the manager. They went above and beyond to care for my late father. The team were kind, caring and compassionate towards all of his family. We would not have been able to keep my dad at home and honour his wish without them. I will never forget the amazing job they did and how they became friends with Dad. I am truly grateful for all your hard work and dedication. No words can thank you enough.

The care provided by Specialist Care Services has been excellent and I cannot fault them in any way. The two carers we have on a regular basis are friendly and very committed to their work and are a credit to the the company. They are very reassuring and helpful and also always go the extra mile if needed. This is one of the main factors unique to this company, by having the same carers they get to know the patient really well and this has been the case with these two members of staff. They are always on time, and have never let us down. Obviously on their day off they have to be replaced, these carers too have been respectful and helpful, also friendly and have been flexible with their times. My husband is always very well cared for, always clean and to date have not had any problems with bed sores etc. My husband has had excellent care throughout and I would totally recommend Specialist Care Services to others, which I have done. I will sing their praises forever! Well done!

I cannot praise the carers from Specialist Care Services highly enough. From the moment they started to provide support to my brother, he really felt cared for and liked everyone who came to help him. He was treated so kindly by everyone, it was almost like family visiting rather than physical care. I met most of the carers and it was nice to chat with each of them and see the friendly faces each time. I know my brother felt safe with all of the team. I especially would like to offer a special mention to the manager - she organised everything expertly and would often call in to check everything was ok. Whenever there was a change to the medication or requirements she was totally in control of everything to make sure nothing was missed. It was such a relief to the family to know he was in such good hands. As a family we can never express how grateful we are for the care that he received, but thank you so much from all of us.

I've had 3 care agencies in the last 3 years since I became sick. I'm now with Specialist Care, they are simply the best agency I've ever been with. My carers are always on time, very attentive, hard working and nothing is a problem to them. I simply couldn't live my life without them! I really look forward to seeing them everyday because they are so good to me because of my disability! The boss of the agency is also fabulous too. Don't think about joining another agency because you deserve the best in your life and that's 'The Specialist Care Agency'. May God bless all the people who read this special message!

Specialist Care Services treated our dad with great care and professionalism. Their communication with us and record keeping was excellent. The staff were always cheerful and ensured that Dad was left comfortable before leaving.

Your staff definitely knew how to deal with the situation of end-of-life care. Knowledgeable/professional in every way/courteous and compassionate to the patient and her family. The carer organised their time around the patient's needs, covering a 12-hour day in the last days. The carer never complained at all throughout her time visiting the home.
