Very happy with support and care which is provided by carers of Springfield Health Care. The staff is friendly and take time to talk to client. Any request considered very quickly.

The client has Alzheimer's and dementia and cannot understand or do this for himself so I, as his 24/7 carer, have done it for him. Right from the word go and I needed a sitter in an emergency I got Springfield off the computer and have had excellent service ever since as my respite sitter. Always
on time, very very caring and understanding of his condition and a godsend for me as well, I have nothing but praise for all they do.

We are happy with the care my mum receives on a day to day basis, most of the carers are very good and do a very good job. Mum seems very happy and is able to live independently with the amount of care she receives which is what we want would recommend them.

We are very happy with the care received. The staff are polite, professional and caring.

Consistently good service. The carers take their time with my father, never rushing the care. They are professional and competent.
The carers have an excellent bedside manner.
We would recommend Springfield, we had a different provider before with a much lower standard of service. Springfield are
very professional and we wish to continue with them indefinitely.

I have not met all the carers who go to my Aunt but those I have met are very pleasant and helpful and capable of coping with the unexpected which is very reassuring.

I'm very lucky to have a small team of the same carers that come to me each week which is less disruptive to my routine as I suffer chronic anxiety and any change can cause a melt down. We have a good laugh and all get on well, am lucky also in that I get a support worker who takes me out twice a
week and we have lots of fun, recently we went to the theatre and they made my dream come true in meeting a celebrity I adore! Couldn't have done that with anyone else.
The care manager is very good, patient and understanding and my care coordinator is lovely and supportive. I wouldn't swap anyone and am very grateful to all my team for supporting me through these hard times.
You're all amazing.
Would recommend.
