Lady who came was very kind and helpful. We are happy with the carers who are also very polite caring and do a good job. The carers are on time too. The office staff and seniors very helpful also ask if you have any concerns.

Level of service provided is excellent. All carers are friendly, supportive and professional. Care is given in sympathetic manner and is never rushed.

Mostly satisfied. Would appreciate being informed if carer is going to be late. Carers are always very pleasant.

My father has been using this care provider for only a month and I can honestly say the care he is receiving is excellent, nothing is too much for the care staff and they go above and beyond. My father's needs are all being met with dignity and respect.

This is the second family member that Lavender Support Services have assisted me with looking after. From the start (August 2024) carers have been positive and happy despite at times mum being a bit difficult and fiercely independent. This independent streak has not enabled me to fully assess the service. I have the comfort in knowing they see her 3 times a day, administering necessary medication and applying cream as needed. They do offer to do personal tasks. All visits have been on time. Knowing they are her only contact with the outside world on a regular basis, gives the family a lot of comfort. I have been informed promptly of concerns of carers, heating not working in the cold spell, and mum feeling sick. This is really what I hoped for. I believe the consistency of carers has helped build the relationship between mum and carers. I am sure this has been difficult for the management to maintain. They have also identified how they can assist us more. Thank you 5 star service.

I asked Mum this morning and she said she is very happy with the care she receives. Having a shower each morning is something she really enjoys and having her hair washed twice a week too. The midday clearing and cleaning of her lunchtime meal and getting her changed for bed. As she said she couldn't manage without the Lavender Care ladies.

I am very happy with the service my sister is receiving from Lavender. All the staff are lovely and my sister enjoys their visits.

Excellent all-around service with great communication. The staff provided are competent and fully trained within their field. Throughout the Covid pandemic, care and attention to detail was faultless and allowed them to continue to provide a valuable service. Lavender have a complete understanding of our needs and have the requirements to "fine-tune" the services provided on a daily/weekly basis. Highly recommend and look forward to continue working with them.

The carers are always clean and well presented themselves. They treat my dad with dignity and always address him personally, rather than expecting Mum to answer for him. They are usually prompt in attending the appointments. When the work with my dad is finished the carers undertake other domestic tasks around the home e.g. ironing. Lavender office staff and management are helpful and can work with families to tailor the care to the needs of the client and spouse.

My mum is 87 years old with very poor eyesight and dementia which makes her very anxious. She looks forward to the carers coming in 3 times a day. They treat her with much love, care and professionalism. She said although she can't see the carer's faces she can tell they are happy by their body language which makes her happy, which is a great help.

I have been looking after my mum for some time now. Recently mums health has become much worse and her mobility extremely limited. A couple of months ago I reached out to Lavender Care to see if I could get some care calls to help mum three times a day for breakfast, dinner and tea, as mum could not stand in the kitchen for long. After a fall in the kitchen, mum needed someone to get her meals. These care calls were put in place quickly and the carers were friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for Lavender Care as one week after they started I came down with covid. I was grateful to the carers that they could go in and care for mum in my absence.

We had a very good review - sorted one for two things out that we wanted to know about in case we will need more help later on as Mum gets older. We are very pleased with the carers and how helpful they all are.

I am an 86 year old widow and had an unexpected operation in March. My children all live about 3 hours away. I had had experience of Lavender when my husband was ill so they were my first choice of carers and they were super. Very friendly carers who were very helpful.

I would like to express my thanks for the care that my mum received over the past few years. The staff were all very pleasant and professional, enabling my mum to live at home despite her progressive Alzheimer's disease. They took the time to get to know her and develop a friendly relationship which was so important. Many thanks.

The Lavender ladies are extremely helpful and my mum, who suffers from dementia as well as other health issues, is now stable, comfortable and well looked after. Mum is now at a more healthy weight and her personal hygiene is managed to a high standard. It's enabled me to become more of a daughter who can visit socially and not be 'on-call' 24/7. Odd problems crop up, but are soon sorted by the management team.

My father’s regular ladies utterly encompass the meaning of the word caring. They are so thoughtful, so patient and thoroughly accommodate his needs. They really do see things from his viewpoint and approach every task with his maximum comfort in mind and, if necessary, cajole and encourage gently. They have also been happy to deal with unexpected events (i.e. the fuse box tripping out) and are always very quick to pass on any concerns. Many thanks to the regular treasures and the other super ladies who have filled in once each to ensure continuity of care.
