I honestly don't know where to begin with this review. The care that my sister has and continues to receive from this company is outstanding. Not only do they look after her, check that she takes her medication (which has been an issue), help with chores around the house, attend medical appointments
with her (as I live quite a distance away) but they have even taken her on holiday for a short break as she doesn't like to go to clubs or socialise. I have been unwell myself recently so was really struggling with tending to her needs but now that I have help from, not only the carers, but those in the office, I can rest easy knowing that there are other's looking out for her and, who genuinely care. I really can't thank you all enough, I'm so glad that we were put in touch with you!

The care which my sister receives is outstanding. Her needs have increased dramatically over the last 12 months and the staff have responded to this so well. Everyone shows such patience and care when they help her. I have observed them on lots of occasions and love the way they talk to her and let
her know what they are doing. They take the time to reassure her and make sure she's okay when she shows any signs of stress or anxiety. I am so grateful that she has a place here and couldn't think of anywhere else where I would rather her be. I know that when I leave after a visit that she is being incredibly well cared for. I'm so grateful to all the staff there.

This is our first experience of receiving home care. TL Care provided excellent service and attention for a short time for both of us. We found the staff to be kind, helpful and always professional whilst I was incapacitated which was such a help to me. I especially enjoyed the feeling of friendship
that developed over the months. Ongoing the help I receive for my husband as his health has deteriorated is excellent and reliable which is of such relief to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this team.

During April I needed extra care for my husband at short notice. This was provided without delay and the carers were so helpful and caring and made all the difference to us at a stressful time. The tasks were different from normal but this presented no problem as everyone was so adaptable and they
went above and beyond what we needed.

TL Care has been providing a wonderful service, first to my father and now to my mother. We cannot fault the carers, who call and make life a little easier. Recently, we have requested extra calls and were delighted to find that our request can be accommodated. The service we receive from both the
carers and the administration of the company is exemplary and always professional.

The care was as good as the person doing it. Some were very good but others were too anxious to get away. An hour of care was not given often.

Excellent service. Carers are supportive, attentive and friendly. Carers carried out requests with diligence and cheerfulness. Thoroughly recommended. Attended both male and female parties and treated both with care and dignity.

The care and support the team at TL Care have given our parents, over recent months, have been invaluable. It has given us peace of mind that they are in safe, experienced hands when we can’t be there. They are treated with dignity and care and greeted with smiles and conversation. The fact the team
are in place for multiple visits per day has meant Mum and Dad have been able to stay in their own home for longer whilst still getting the support they need. We couldn’t recommend the team highly enough.

The carers and management are excellent in responding to the needs of the person, and provide updates as and when necessary. They are proactive in offering further assistance if this is required, also without prompting.

My sister has been cared for by TL Care in an assisted living house for 8-years. She has flourished in them 8-years due to the excellent care they provide, but mainly because of the family environment that they create from their loving carers. They have given me peace of mind knowing that my sister
is safe, loved and well cared for! Thank you, TL Care, for everything you do!

TL care has looked after my dad for a number of years. The care from all of the different staff is very good; my dad is very fond of them all.
The company are flexible and have always helped if we have had an emergency or needed some extra services. The office is well organised and regularly checks
to see if everything is ok.

An excellent care service staffed by reliable very friendly personnel; who go the extra mile to help. It was a pleasure to have them looking after my elderly parents, who couldn't praise them enough. Highly recommended.

Easy to contact with any queries.
Any bits of shopping done.
Anything they were not happy with, they gave us a call.
Gave the family peace of mind.

Mum has been with this agency for nearly 6 years and we are both happy with the care she receives. The carers have a friendly and warm rapport with Mum. The personal care she receives is always of a high standard. The interaction they have with Mum is very good, they are good at encouraging her to
talk about what she has done and going to do that day. Over the years Mum's condition has deteriorated but the carers have adopted their approach maintaining her privacy and dignity, but also promoting her independence as far as possible.

Despite being a small provider, TL Care were able to respond immediately to dads needs as they increased. The carers treated dad kindly and respectfully. There were times dad needed some coaxing (e.g. to have a shower) and they did this gently and encouragingly but never forced him. I feel very
fortunate to have chosen TL Care.

TL Care has supported my daughter for a few years now, and I have found them to be professional and supportive. The support staff are caring and professional.
Occasionally outings have had to be cancelled due to staff shortages which is annoying but understandable.

The service is essential for us as a family and for my grandmother, she would not be able to remain in her own home without them. The girls are all so friendly and take the time to talk to nan and most importantly keep us updated and let us know if she needs anything else.

Staff providing support to my son has been good. They have increased his confidence by enabling him to undertake activities throughout the week that he enjoys. This has begun to give him some experience of importance. During this period, the care provider has not always been able to provide support
in the evenings when the majority of activities my son does occur.
