Townfield Homecare have been looking after my mum in law for a number of years and her care needs have increased over time, as her dementia increased. I can honestly recommend the company to anyone and do so. Not only how well trained the carers are and what fantastic, hard working and genuine
people they are. But also how the company is run. The staff in the back office are very caring, understanding and have your loved ones best interest and quality of care at the heart of their thinking. The ethos of this company shines through in all that they do, and through the training of their people and the way the staff behave. A credit to all and the kindness, patience, attention to detail, expertise and experience of the care staff has been second to none. Thank you so much for everything

Overall, I have a good relationship with my carers, they are friendly, amiable and caring - Standards are upheld and generally efficient.

I feel satisfied with my care and support package, I mostly have a core group of carers, this benefits me very well as I have chronic fatigue.

Townfield Homecare - Hyndburn & The Ribble Valley carers have been helping my wife for the past two years and I don’t know what I would do without them. The Regular girls who come have built up a friendship with my wife, they are always caring, respectful and always willing to help.
