Staff are understanding, confident and welcoming. They manage my son and help him to develop further social skills and practical skills such as personal care. The confidence seen so far has been lovely to watch grow.

Holywell have supported my son, who has a diagnosis of Autism and LDs, since February 2020. My son's support workers are professional, proactive, kind and consientious and we have a very good relationship with the care coordinator and manager. With Holywells' support, my son is living an
independent, fulfilled and happy life in his own home. My son's support network is based on mutual respect and trust. I would not hesitate to recommend Holywell Care Service to others.

The care provided is excellent, and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Overall experience is good. Most carers are good; some lack practical experience. Some could do with better bedside manner.

The staff are excellent, very hardworking, reliable and punctual.

I am more than satisfied with the service provided. The carers are very good and treat my mother with thought and respect, particularly the main carer. Last week, my mother had a fall and was found by the main carer, who responded positively by calling for an ambulance.

I am quite happy with the attention I receive from most of the ladies. I do not like it if the ladies talk in their native tongue or use their phones. Other than this and timing issues which I presume will be further down the review, and will answer them then. Basically things are okay as we go
into the 3rd year.
As timing not mentioned I've returned to main content. The time has changed somehow without my agreement. began at 10am and after about 3mths went to 10.30am. From there it over to 11am and now we see to be at 11.15am I would still like 10am. The day for me is very short using this time. Please try and put me back to 10am

The carers are really friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for better. A bit more communication from the office would be good when things are not going to plan or when things change, as our days revolve around the times the carers come, i.e., meal times and medication times.

All the carers are very caring, work hard, and all the carers smell very nice. The men have a shave and the ladies with perfume. Very kind and caring, and I am happy with the service given to my husband.

Holywell Care services have been proving my Sister with care since March 2025 and my dealings with them have been exceptional, they carryout there duties as required and also watch over my sister and in the event they have any concerns they do not hesitate you contact me. I have dealt with both
Jeanette and Adrian both from Holywell and i have found them to be very helpful and always come across as people that care about what they do. A pleasure to deal with.

The staff looking after my Dad are caring, professional and provide a service which looks after his needs including administering his medication, looking after his personal needs, while making sure his dignity is maintained.

Holywell supported my parent living independently with dementia for over a year. The staff are kind, friendly and always worked hard to give my parent the care they needed- not always an easy job but they did it with grace and good humour.
I was given access to the app where care visits and notes
were recorded. This gave me good peace of mind knowing I could check how visits had gone. I live far away so peace of mind is invaluable, especially when there is a lot of trust involved around providing care for a vulnerable person. The care package was adapted as required as time (and dementia) progressed and Holywell were always happy to help problem solve.
I have had many interactions with the office team and managing staff and have always found them friendly and willing to help problem solve, going above and beyond at times to help. The carers I had the pleasure to meet were all hardworking and a credit to Holywell. My parent was in good hands and I would recommend Holywell.

The care I've received has been excellent. Staff are kind and most importantly understanding of me and my needs. I've received care for around two years now whilst I'm at university and I can confidently say I'd have more than likely dropped out by now without the care they've provided. I'd also
like to note that when it came to my autism the office have been truly fantastic in catering towards me by sending me the rota in advance when possible and by trying to keep the person who visits me consistent (which at this point I've built a relationship with her that truly makes the difference in my week) but even when it's been someone else they've been kind and set me at ease no matter what.
I'm grateful to everyone who's had a part of my care and I truly recommend these guys.

Excellent care provided by Holywell for my father. Carers are kind, friendly and very professional. They go the extra mile when issues arise and monitor for early signs of any health issues. This has been reassuring as frailty increases. Many thanks

Holywell's have been involved with the care of my grandson for a good couple of years now and I don't know what we would do without their help because they ease so much pressure from off our shoulders, they are easy to talk to and very approachable, my grandson's carer has become like a valuable
part of the family and my grandson's absolutely adores her and we have so much trust in her and now my grandson's absolutely adores is safe and sound when in her care. She is very professional, reliable and a lovely friendly lady. We have complete faith and trust in this company

Overall, the ladies coming into my home for care and support are excellent once they have been here several times. Regarding the staff in the office, they can be a bit lax in letting me know if there has been a time change or a different person coming; therefore, I am not aware of what times someone
is going to land. I usually follow the rota, so if there is any change, please will you ring me to let me know.
The ladies are polite, good communicators, dedicated to their work here and fully trustworthy.
