Excellent service. I had contining carer which was really important. The carer was extremely reliable, punctual and flexible. Nothing was too much trouble. Home Instead takes personal care. Easy to get through to the office and book appointments.

Its been over 5 years since I have had Home Instead to support me. I can't praise them high enough. I have come to rely upon them for my every need, even someone to take me to go on holiday in Wales! They have been all these years through thick and thin - thank you!

Due to bad snow, I didn't think carers would of been able to make it to mom's visit. I had a call from Home Instead office and was told the carer was stuck in snow, but not to worry, she will be there. I was informed by the carer, the managing director and owner had picked up the carers in his own
vehicle and transported the carers to their clients! This is above and beyond. I couldn't ask for a better provider. These are excellent!

Home Instead have been perfect from day one. All the carers are very thoughtful and skilled in what they do. Consistency of care has been great. My husband and I look forward to seeing them every week. They support me as much as him. I like the fact that they use their initiative and also that they
do any bits of housework needed in any spare time at the end of the visits. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant company. Always there when I need them. The carer I have is fantastic and helps me keep independent. The office staff are very helpful and always there when I need them. So glad I found them.

I have always found that the carers who attend me to be very focused on my needs and are polite, friendly and porfessional and of course very caring. I receive regular visits from the organisation to check that everything is going well.

Tracy is amazing, and when she visits me, she makes my day. She goes above and beyond, and she is always there for me. I would be lost without Home Instead's help and support.

Home Instead have been caring for my severly disbaled wife for the past 3 years. She has now died peacefully at home under their care. They are now providing live-in care for me. I have always found the carers efficient, cheerful and kind. They are incredibly reliable in providing support whenever
it is needed. My own current carer is a real joy. I congratulate them all and find the care just what I needed.

All the carers are polite and professional making my husband feel relaxed with them. We get regular people coming in so they are familiar with relatives and where everything is located.

I would like to congratulate Home Instead for providing such an attending service to myself, especially when taking me to do shopping and my fortnightly hair salon.
All my girls are lovely and I can't wish for any more from my girls!
