I thank all our carers for the care and support they gave my mother and our family. They help with daily tasks, offer companionship and are a comforting presence especially to myself, my sister and my brother. I also thank all the office staff for their support and patience especially when I ring up
last minute to change a visit! You are all appreciated!

Happy with AMG care, happy with care provided for my mother. The staff are excellent.

Overall very good. There has been an issue with some time of calls. This is being addressed. Mainly early put to bed. My wife and I are very pleased with the service and level of care given. Office staff support is excellent.

My regular carer comes daily. She/he gets my husband up and walks him to shower in bathroom, wash and shower him, dries and dress him on occasions, get breakfast and cup of tea. (Whilst I'm out - I'm his wife/carer) I'm filling this in for him as he has dementia. All the carers male and female are
really good and kind to him, they are very friendly and tidy bathroom and bedroom. This is the first time we have had carers and are very happy with them.

All staff at AMG are very pleasant and always do what I ask them to - overall I am very happy with the service, especially since I regularly have the same carer every day and the continuity really helps.

I find the service of this company and its staff are a credit and the carers are very good with my wife who is their patient. I can't find fault with the staff.
