It's all been good and above board. I can't fault them.
If I don't like anything I tell them. You have to be straight with them.
Sometimes you have to show the ropes, if they haven't been to you before, or if they haven't had a shadow shift with you.

The management appear to be ....... my mother taught me - "if you are unable to say good things, then it is best to say nothing at all".
Too much said can have repercussions, however I thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment on the care service I receive.

When our father first had care, he had great continuity of care. Recently, this has not been the case. Different carers going in, sometimes who don't know him as well and problems have occurred. Some carers are excellent with such great attention to detail. The change in staff means that he no
longer remembers their names or who has been to see him. It's a shame that he can't have the continuity of care that he used to receive.
Our observation, when we are present, is that he is always treated with respect and kindness.
Any concerns we have had have always been dealt with promptly by the care provider except for the lack of continuity of his care as this has been ongoing for several months.

Abicare provides a safe and reliable service.
Aunt most happy when she sees a familiar face. All staff are pleasant and friendly.
The app provides good information and updates.
Office is easy to contact if we have any queries, questions or issues.

I am very happy with all the carers from Abicare who care for both of my elderly parents. Both my parents really like the carers & they always keep me informed of what is going on. We have had problems with them falling when they are alone but the carers are very attentive

Everything is very good at the moment and the carers are very good and reliable we.are are very happy with the servic we are happy with the communication between ourselves and aber care head office so at this present moment everything is fine.Thank you
