We have been very pleased with the care provided by Equality. My Grandad has 4 calls a day and always speaks very highly of all the staff. He is well looked after and they communicate with family when needed.

Massive thanks to the staff/management. Very difficult to leave the care of someone you love in the hands of strangers. These carers make a difficult situation more bearable. I particularly like how they are so gently firm with him. He does not know that he has dementia. He thinks he can still do
everything for himself. This week, I called in when the carer was giving him his shower. Neither of them had heard me come in. I was not checking up but simply waited until they had finished. This shy private man, with so few pleasures left to him, was able to have a lovely shower, treated with good care and dignity.
This firm is proactive. They keep us informed in a sensitive caring way, gentle supportive nudges when we have either forgotten/ or did not really know the best way to support his care.
My life is still difficult, but they reduce some of my worries. I know that they are doing a brilliant job!! I intend to use them in my own home when I need support with my own husband. Thank you!!
