Maksanus has been a service provider for my mother for over 10 years. They have been committed in providing a reliable care service. The care staff and the management team have been considerate and listen to your needs in helping to fulfil specific requirements of their client. They have been
consistent given me reassurance together by helping each other we can look after on elderly person i their own comforts of a family home.

I had the pleasure of working with Maksanus care services limited, who provided care for my mother. During this time I found her services to be continuously efficient and well tailored to my mothers needs. Maksanus care services limited provided exceptional care for my mother, treating her with
dignity and respect. The staffs professionalism and compassion gave me peace of mind, while the administrative team was responsive and efficient. Im grateful for their support and highly recommend their services.

Our carer is remarkable, efficient, reliable and compassionate. He treats my husband like a member of his own family. In terms of punctuality, he never hesitates to work for longer hours than expected from him, when needed. Finances and value for money are not applicable as my husband is under
NHS palliative care. However, I do believe that agencies are significantly profiting at the expense of carers.
