I am the client's wife and his power of attorney. The care he receives is second to none. My husband's carers have looked after him for years. They know him very well and are able to interpret his non-verbal gestures and demeanour. They are vigilant to his skin integrity and will report to me any
skin blemishes and bowel activity. There are many more skills the carers possess that I haven't got room to write.

Very friendly and efficient. Felt that our situation and needs were considered carefully in the selection of the appropriate carer. My husband was very happy with the care. The carers were very friendly and accomodating and were able to alter the time without much hassle.

My experience recently is the staff are knowledgeable and good with my child and get on with the job. During the Coronavirus outbreak, they have been supportive and have helped to alleviate the stress by providing consistency and good care.

I found the carer to be excellent and very professional. Her time-keeping was also excellent. The service provided was indeed what was needed in my father's situation. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
