Mum is in her mid-eighties and suffering from dementia and cared for primarily by Dad, also in his mid eighties. The Home Instead team support them both and enable them to continue their aspirations to remain independent and at home for as long as possible.
The team are engaged, friendly and
professional, helping lighten the load with big jobs and small, but also creating a real connection to both Mum & Dad and caring for their well-being. Being able to review the daily reports gives me the confidence that things are going OK.
I'm really happy to have found such a wonderful partner to help us as a family as the illness and age continue to erode their capabilities and independence preserving their aspirations and would happily recommend the team to all.

It was so very helpful to have this review of Mum's care plan. Everyone is always friendly and happy to see Mum and generous of spirit. It is so very reassuring to have a team of people that Mum is comfortable with. Mum's programme is working well and all the family are grateful fo this care.

Home Instead supported our mother for three years and we were always very happy with the service provided. The care professionals were always kind and sensitive to Mum's practical and emotional needs and she enjoyed their visits and their company. The office team and the administrative arrangements
were always efficient and responsive. They were always very accommodating when changes to Mum's care needed to be made and always very prompt at letting us know if there were any changes from their side. I would highly recommend them.

The service I am being provided with is running smoothly. The carers are efficient, friendly, clean, and polite.
If there is a change to a carer for any reason I am notified. If the carer is new, they are always introduced which is reassuring.
Care caregiver and receiver have a good understanding
of both our needs and this seems to work well. Reviews I feel are extremely informative and overall I'm loving the whole care package.
