So far this year a vast improvement, but still issues with the time slot moving from the original agreed. The excuse is that the change to the time is on our rota, but not always getting a rota does not help. The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite.

Q Care Ltd care service has been fully appreciated by my husband and myself. All carers are helpful, cheerful and ready to help. We have received excellent care service.

I am extremely pleased with the care I receive from Q Care carers. They use the PPE provided and are kind and thoughtful. They can all use the ceiling hoist which makes getting on and off the bed and into my wheelchair much easier. I do my washing on a Saturday and the carer who is on at lunchtime
will straighten and turn it for me.

All very pleasant and very helpful. Overall an excellent service, however, I feel that a male carer is not appropriate for washing and dressing.

We find your girls are always very pleasant, caring, polite and efficient. My wife looks forward each day to seeing them. They are now amongst her best friends. Nothing is too much trouble for them. A first-class lot of girls you have, well done.

Carers on the whole for me personally are very good but the timing is not but it is getting a bit better. Sometimes they are on time but the timing is mostly down to office work. But I enjoy the carers, they make me feel better because they are happy.
