We have been so impressed by the level of care and compassion shown to mum in the last few weeks. This makes this difficult time for us as a family a little easier to deal with.

Every single one of your carers were superb. They were respectful of both my husband and my needs. My husband was treated with patience, respect and dignity and we were able to speak freely with all of them. Our questions were answered fully or they found the answers for us.

Such an amazing team they were full of care and support for all my late mothers needs and to support me as well.
We had a team coming in 4 times a day each member had a generous character we loved seeing each and every one of them.

The care my father received at home by 2 carers from Nurse Plus home care was of a very high standard indeed.
My mum and myself were very satisfied with the care given. Thank you all at Nurse Plus Home Care.

Overall, the care provided in positive mums regular carers are kind and respectful. On a negative point the timings of mums visits often don't match her rota, with mum being diabetic it would be helpful if they could be over a meal time.

All staff that have dealt with me have been treated me with dignity all been very nice and helpful I would prefer early nothing as I take a lot of medication and then would prefer after 5pm.

Overall, I am very happy with support with this company. All the girl are very supportive with any personal issue I may tell them about.
And the office will always try to change my times or day if I need to go to hospital etc.

My experience with Nurseplus has always been a positive one. The carers are very knowledgable and courteous at all times, they are friendly and help me out immensely during shopping trips, the management are very professional and are on hand night or day if I need support.

Always someone to help on the phone. The carers & staff are very friendly & supportive to my Mum & she looks forward to their visits. We feel very lucky we have such a good team/company looking after our Mum in this difficult time of getting carers.

Very pleased with Nurseplus.
All the staff are so friendly. They feel like family. The office staff and management offer extra support when needed and are very approachable. Can't fault them and recommend them to friends.

Most of the carers go above and beyond, it has been frustrating lately with the company being short-staffed and my visit times being changed at short notice. Some of the newer carers don't seem to have checked my care plan, some of my jobs don't get done and I don't like to ask them. I am generally
very pleased with all the care I receive.

Prompt reply and clear information from the administration staff. Easy to set up carers and cleaning staff and payments.
Friendly, reliable carers who arrive as scheduled and have struck up a very good rapport with my mother (service user).

Nurseplus are so professional. All the carers go above and beyond. They truly do care and I trust them 150% which is so important.
Without their support, I would be lost. As a family, we appreciate everything they do more than they will ever know.

After a fall, the crisis team set up carers to support Mum. Mu's mum is 92, has never had any carers before, and suffers from dementia. All the carers and support team have been marvellous, such empathy and compassion. I would have never been able to cope without them. Well done, Nurseplus.
