View Full Details of Westhome Care Services LtdWe have had Westhome Care Services in for just over a year now We have been treated with kindness, professionalism and dignity They have shown willingness to understand my husband's condition, and when needed, have gone above and beyond. Couldn't ask for better service and will be forever grateful.
i employed this company too come too me and my mums home, every morning, 7 days a week, to get mum up, get her washed or showerd and dressed. To change her bed, then make her breakfast, crumpets and a cup of tea. and also put any of mums clothes that need washing? in the Washer!! This started off on when i employed them in November 2024. fast forward too this year? i found out i was being charged, 30minutes every morning? wich the sunderland city council, said, cost £125 pound a week? Wich was a massive shock? But also? these carers were only hear,, 5 minutes to 10minutes maximum, since it started!! but charging me for 30 minutes a day. Ive complaind and also cancelled this service 3 times recently. but totaly ignoring me and still sending somone on a morning. unberlievible. finally i also told them that one of there employees, was bard from coming ever again, because of her attitude and agression. yet this morning, this person arrived? ridiculous.
I moved to Westhome from my previous Care company in May 2024 to date. I've been with 5 different Care companies over the past 10yrs I've needed Care & Westhome are definitely the best by far. I love the fact they are a team, the office staff & Carers all work together. Everyone I have had any dealings within the company have gone out of their way to help me & make things easy for me. My coordinator is a 'Godsend'!! & has a great understanding of my complex health issues making sure every Carer coming in is aware of my needs. My main Carer is my 'Angel in a uniform', helping my do what I can for myself to keep me active & independent but also doing for me what I can't no longer do. She definitely puts the 'Care' into 'Carer'!!!..When I ring the office there's always a friendly voice that listens to what I say & going out of their way to support & help me. They're a very caring compassionate company that support me fully during the loss of my husband last year Many thanks to all of you.
