Dear Paul, we appreciate your concern and are disappointed by your review. Your mum's care has and always will be entirely important to us and although you did ask to cancel her care, unfortunately we have to liaise with the local authority, and they advised to continue to send care staff to attend to your mums personal care. The Council set your fees and will be the persons you need to contact about your queries on cost not us. We have currently decreased your mum's care as requested by yourself, but we are still attending to your mum's personal care. All care staff log times in and out of calls and log all activities, these have been checked and all match up to the care plan and correct times. You also turned away our care staff and sent them away early on many occasions. We have found it very difficult to communicate with yourself regarding any concerns. We regret that you have overlooked our efforts and commitment to providing your mum with safe and consistent care.
