We have used Scott Care for over 10-years and are very happy with the services they offer. They care for two family members. Nothing is ever too much trouble; I would say they go above and beyond. All the staff are very friendly and very well trained, which has taken a lot of stress away from the
family knowing they are on hand.

We have been having help from Scott Care since 2018 with personal care for my mother-in-law six mornings a week. This help is proving to be invaluable. The carers are entirely reliable, very professional and capable, and they look after her respectfully and with kindness.
The carers are all so
thoughtful and kind and cannot help enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have been using Scott Care's service for 5-years now. The service they provide is fantastic, and we are over the moon with how well they care for Mum.
They have a lovely team of care workers that Mum absolutely loves! They remembered her birthday last month, which made her day!
The carers
provide personal care and domestic duties very well!

Rubbish. The office is not open when you need to get in touch. The office staff don't get in touch. They make the carers do it. They never have enough staff to cover when people are off. They don't always come when they are meant to.
