The carers are friendly and chatty, they talk to Mum as well. They listen to me when I say how I like things to be in place, especially when I have OCD! They say if something isn't right with Mum we deal with it accordingly. I find office staff helpful too. They dealt with an issue recently very
professionally and kept me updated along the way and resolved it.

The manager came to see us and was professional and very approachable, showing transparency when I asked her questions She was clear in her communication and very thorough. A really nice lady! I had the occasion to call her office with a query, and the staff were very efficient and quick to answer
my query. Care staff have come out to work here, and both were very helpful and proactive; they kept notes and were very approachable. I am glad I engaged them.

Very helpful from the beginning of our care needs, the transition from short-term council care to CareService24 could not have been easier. Very helpful and always friendly staff are quick to answer the phone in a cheerful positive manner. Always willing to help where they can, and always informed
of any delays/changes to the care routine. Carers themselves are a delight to have around, on many occasions actually get my elderly mother to laugh! Great to hear. Always eager to help where they can with Mum's requirements. Very pleased and a great weight of my mind. Thank you CareService24.

The carers are lovely, friendly and helpful. They try to do the best for Mum. The office, however, does not make corrections with clients and make inappropriate decisions with the times of visit with medication and does not listen.

The manager, at interview, sounded like the company was fabulous, sold it well. Everything we needed. First week of visits, excellent. Care staff were attentive. Since then, carers, when visiting, are still excellent. However, visit time for mornings are pretty dreadful. Not as per timings.
Appreciate if delay due to previous client visit but no phone calls. There have been various small issues but I cannot get to speak to a manager. Don't always get a reply to my emails. Clearly taking on too many clients without any extra staff. Terrible scheduling times. Clearly not running well at office level, however, carers are fabulous, no faults there whatsoever.

We understand that rota revisions happen due to illness and holidays but a phone call would be useful to inform us. Thank you!

Have been using CareService24 for seven months now for my mother. All carers are very friendly, willing and able, no task is too much trouble, very attentive especially when my mother needed emergency help, very efficient, reliable, very satisfied to continue their services to help myself care for
my mother also.

I have been extremely lucky with my carers. Three, in particular, have taken my dementia into account and it is noticeable by my doctor. Thank you so much for the friendly and great care - I may need to use you again very soon - thank you.
