I am most impressed with Bluebird Care, each and every carer is punctual, very caring and willing to help whatever is required, ie: shopping, ironing, prep Martin's breakfast if needed.
I couldn't be happier for the help Bluebird give us.

I am very pleased with Bluebird's care. The carers arrive on time and stay up to 30/40 mins. Some carers talk with me about daily news and family. Other are very taciturn especially 2 of the girls. All carers wear uniform. I tease some who come who display "Bluebird" on black tops and trousers. I
would like visits from physiotherapists to help me to walk.

We are extremely pleased with the care that Mum is recieving. The three ladies that visit here are very patient and understanding. We would certainly recommend Bluebird Care to other people in our situation.

My mother has now been with BBC for several years. The level of service is excellent with my mother having built up a strong and beneficial set of relationships with all the carers that visit her 3 times a day. BBC not only delivers the highest level of care to my mother but always keep me informed
with any concerns they may have concerning her welfare. Their daily online reporting system completed every day is a real help in keeping tabs on how well my mother is doing and again for raising any concerns. I would highly recomend BBC.

Bluebird carers started visiting 2 weeks ago. We've probably had about 8-10 different carers from them and they've all been brilliant - very professional and caring. They're happy to help with anything in the house if they have extra time from their personal care duties. I would recommend to anyone
who needs care and can afford it because it's not cheap. But we think it's good value for money in this personally difficult time for us.

I find the staff very efficient and pleasant and helpful. They always ask if there is anything else they can do and are very caring and respectful. They are smartly dressed in uniforms and used the appropriate PPE.

I am extremely grateful to Bluebird Care and the whole team for the care + support they provide on a daily basis for my aunt. The live-in carers especially work together as a good team + have helped my aunt + the family get through a number of difficulties in recent months. It has been hugely
reassuring to be able to talk about my aunt's care on a regular basis, especially since I live a great distance away. Thank you so much for everything you have done + continue to do.

We have used Bluebird South Ham's to support my Mum both through daytime visits and eventually live in care. Communication with the management has been easy and quick, excellent support in both situations. Mums live in carer especially was excellent- calm, professional and proactive. Mum felt safe
and heard, through a very difficult period in all our lives.
I recommend Bluebird to anyone who may be in need.

Bluebird Care continues to provide a highly professional, sensitive and competent service that meets our 97 year old mother's complex and changing needs.
24/7 Carers are dedicated and cheerful in their demeanour as are our mother's Respite carers. They fulfill her medical needs regarding
administering prescription medication or assisting the physiotherapist or podiatrist or community nursing team when they visit. All carers work alongside eachother and other medical personnel for our mother's health and welfare constructively and cooperatively. They always place our mother's care needs first and respond sensitively to her wishes at all times striving to please her and ensure her comfort and dignity are maintained.
In addition, Bluebird carers do an excellent job keeping our mother's home clean, tidy and welcoming for her and for family and friends who visit. Visiting OTs and other professionals have remarked on how lucky our mother is to be receiving such a high standard of care in her own home.

Bluebird Care were fantastic. Always reliable, which Mum loved. Communication was always good and Mum was always impressed with the carers, who they always tried to keep as regular. The carers were kind, thoughtful and willing to help however they could. Thank you for the help in transition from
home care to nursing residential care.

The carers are the most thoughtful + kind people always go the extra mile and makes us laugh even early in the morning, made our lives easier and takes the stress out. Thank you all we are so grateful.

We used the domiciliary care service provided by Bluebird Care for my father-in-law. As his needs changed, they showed flexibility and the communication from the care team and management was truly excellent. Not living close to him, the daily notes were invaluable and the manager was always quick to
respond to emails and calls. The office team were always on hand and the out-of-hours service was helpful and efficient. The whole team cared about my father-in-law's welfare and it really showed in the overall care he received. I seriously can't fault them. We've recently had to move to full-time live-in care but of course, we have stayed with Bluebird Care.
