Bluebird helped our mother (with dementia) to live at her own home until last week. Her carers were phenomenal and kept us informed, even if they thought she was just a bit down. They cared not just with the physical aspects of their job, they cared emotionally, always ensuring our mother was happy
until their return. We will miss you Ralph and Edwin!
Bluebird matched her with carers that she felt comfortable and safe with, thus making her family feel that she was in good hands. The carers went above and beyond their duties and are a credit to their employers. Beth or Gabriel at the office were always reachable, just a phone call away should there be any issues or changes.
Thank you again from a very grateful family.

Mum is very happy and appreciative of the help the carers have provided for her since August this year. We, as a family, are also pleased with how things are going. The girls are pleasant, friendly, helpful and punctual.

I've had Bluebird Care come into my mother for the past few months and such an impact we have got from this. It's nice knowing we have a carer check on my mum and prepare her meals and provide her company. Me and my brother have busy lives and struggled looking after my mum and didn't want to put
her in a home. It's such a relief and can't thank the carers enough. We would be lost without them.

My carer visits every Thursday morning to collect my shopping list which she then attends to. When she returns she helps store it away when required and also does any odd jobs that I cannot do. She has a friendly caring nature.
