View Full Details of Kingfisher Care (Midlands) LtdKingfisher Care have provided personal care and meal support and helping my aunt into and out of bed. They have been her carers for many years. The management and staff are professional, experienced, kind and caring. In my aunt's final weeks they have gone the extra mile on several occasions. They are trustworthy. I am very grateful to them for the support and the care provided. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
My Aunt has been cared for by kingfisher care for several years with the care plan being added to as her health deteriorated. . They have looked after her wonderfully and are always quick to contact me with any concerns and quick to respond to any concerns of mine. I have found them a pleasure to deal with. Sadly my Aunt has had to move into permanent nursing care but has enjoyed living in her own home as long as she possibly could have due to the excellent care from Kingfisher carers and their brilliant management team. Thank you all very much.
On first meeting the Kingfisher Care Team my husband and I knew immediately they were perfect for our family. They supported my husband aged 58 years following on from being diagnosed with a brain tumour until he passed away peacefully at home. My husband was treated with dignity and respect throughout and he was encouraged to be as independent as he could which was something that was so important to him. When my husband was admitted into hospice care he was desperate to come back home for his end of life care and thankfully the kingfisher care team were able to support his wishes in doing this. He had so many medical needs including seizures which the management team ensured all the staff were trained to support him. They treated our family and our home with love and respect and we will always be grateful for everything they did. They are professional, caring, kind, supportive and made those difficult days so much easier.
From the first meeting with management to discuss my mums future care to every one of mums carers, ALL Kingfisher staff were very professional, caring, honest, reliable and experienced - nothing was too much trouble. Before I met with Kingfisher my brother and I were very unsure about mums future and what care would best suit her, she suffered with Alzheimer's and we found this new world very confusing and upsetting. Management were so kind and helpful, explaining services and everything that was available to mum. Kingfishers caring staff made it possible for mum to stay in her own home, something that she was desperate to do (from many previous conversations with mum before Alzheimer's). Communication was good and very useful between us all via a notebook, telephone calls and personal meetings. I have no hesitation in recommending Kingfisher to family and friends (and have done!).
We have used Kingfisher for our Mother for the last 18+ months and can only say how lucky we are we found them. The whole team have been absolutely fantastic and many times gone above and beyond. The service and support we have received has been amazing and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Its always a difficult choice especially with a 'reluctant' relative, however, these guys have been, and treated Mum like extended family and kept her happy! Well done Kingfisher 6 Stars from our family..... We loved the portal we can access so we get a little update after every visit and time keeping has always been spot on.
Kingfisher Care supported and cared for my father for 7 years, up until March 2025 when he moved into residential care. Staff were kind, caring and compassionate and always had a smile, laughing and joking with him. The high quality, reliable and safe care was a contributory factor that enabled my father to remain in his home. Any concerns which were noted by staff about my fathers health and wellbeing were quickly escalated to the management team, who liaised with health care professionals promptly and effectively, whilst keeping me informed of any issues. The management team and office based staff were effective communicators, and I felt as though they and myself worked as a team to support and care for my father. I would highly recommend Kingfisher Care.
Kingfisher care looked after my Mum from March 2022 until she sadly passed away in September 2024. The carers always went above and beyond whilst remaining professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, while away on holiday extra calls were put in place ensuring Mum's safety and well being was upheld. The empathy and compassion that was shown to Mum in her final days was outstanding. We will never be able to Thank Kingfisher Care enough for everything they did. Great company I would highly recommend to friends and family.
Kingfisher care helped look after my Dad who had Alzheimer's Disease in the last few weeks of his life; the care, compassion, and level of professionalism they demonstrated ensured Dad was treated with dignity and respect. The team were always so kind and supportive for my Mum too and it was most comforting to know both were in safe hands.
