I engaged Home Instead Chiswick for my father a few years ago when his health started failing and he needed more help around the house. The staff are amazing with him, they cater to all his needs. Helping him exercise, keeping him well fed, and making sure all his daily needs are taken care of. He
is fiercely independent and they work with him to make sure he is comfortable without taking that away from him. I would recommend them to anyone with an elderly relative who needs a bit more extra help around the house.

They have excellent communication with my dad and he had all kind of support from the carers and they are there to suit his specific needs. I have required help in emergency, and can usually get someone within an hour.

I hired Home Instead to help care for my mother who has Alzheimer’s/dementia after they were highly recommended by my cousin. Due to work commitments, I am unable to be with my mother full time, and she needs constant care. The care provided by Home Instead is so excellent. I have no worries about
leaving my mother. Their staff are kind, considerate, highly trained, and efficient. Every need is catered for, and they are truly reliable. They have saved my family. My mother is also delighted. She is safe, contented and looked after. What more could I ask for.

I highly recommend Home Instead (Hammersmith, Chiswick & Fulham). My mother is ninety six, suffers from dementia and struggles with limited mobility. She recently moved to London from her home in Yorkshire to live in a flat adjacent to my house. Home Instead (Hammersmith, Chiswick & Fulham) have
been caring for my mother six days a week, for the past nine months. I have been impressed by the care taken to match individual carers to my mother’s character and her particular care needs. The management have always been helpful and responsive, sometimes at very short notice, when adjustments to her care were necessary. When my mother had a short stay in hospital recently, I felt the full weight of Home Instead (Hammersmith, Chiswick and Fulham) support and professionalism. Their empathy for the client and family is exemplary.

Home Instead (Hammersmith, Chiswick & Fulham) supported our mother and then our father, for just under two years, allowing them to spend the final days of Dad's life together. This was so important to them both after over fifty years of marriage and without that reliable and kind care, it couldn't
have happened. Real thought was given to who would work best with our Mum and the continuity of the care giver was exceptional. They were very flexible in adjusting to the changing needs of our parents and our own plans. Thank you Home Instead (Hammersmith, Chiswick & Fulham) and especially thank you to all the care givers.

The Home Instead carers who visit and look after us are kind, gentle, thorough and careful. They are punctual and considerate. They are not bossy or fussy. They are willing and able and by doing for us the personal care jobs which we can no longer do for ourselves they make it possible for us to
continue living 'independently' in our house. Thank you all very much, Home Instead!

Initial care provided was very limited hours but crucial to help out both my parents and to monitor when conditions became more serious. Just before the first lockdown my mother, who was terminally ill with cancer and dementia, became bed-bound and Home Instead provided immediate 24-hour care
followed a week later by a live-in carer. The staff, both carers and office-based are overwhelmingly kind, considerate and professional. They coped remarkably in extremely challenging Covid circumstances and built a wonderful rapport with my parents and close family. Continuity of care providers was crucial for my parents and they had 2 live-in carers only over the entire 5 month period until my mother died peacefully at home in August. I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead as a wonderful care provider who goes above and beyond to assist their clients.

We are very pleased with the help we have received. We have had the same carers all the time, covering the different days. They have always been quick to help, friendly and cheerful as well as efficient and careful. If the time of a visit needed to be changed, the office lets us know.

The helper is very pleasant, and I like to spend the two hours with her. Her work is most helpful as I have to move holding onto trolleys. She prepares delicious salads for me and shops for anything I might suddenly need.

Home Instead Senior Care (Hammersmith, Chiswick & Fulham) have been my Mother’s carers for the last 4 plus years. We started with daily help in the morning and have increased support as my Mother has needed it. Home Instead has been there to assist us along the way proving very flexible in providing
us with care 3x a day some weeks and live-in care as and when required. Our experience is that the carers who visit are very professional, responsible and best of all always kind and interested in my Mother’s well-being. They are also very caring to us as family members too. This is true too of the managers and staff in the office when I call. All the above gives my family confidence that we are doing the right thing in respecting my Mother’s wishes in caring for her at home, with the help of Home Instead.
