My Nan has been so happy with the care she has been receiving from Personal choice carers at home. She is now a lot more positive and can't stop saying how much she enjoys their visits. I was concerned that Nan would need to go into a home, but her carers have meant that she can live well in her
own flat and we have peace of mind that she is being well looked after by carers she really enjoys seeing when we can't be there.

Mum now lives in a retirement home much nearer to me after moving from her home. Where she had carers that I was happy with at the time.
After she moved the retirement home management recommended Personal Choice and they have proved so much better than mums original carers.
Communication, advise
and the genuine care they have show both to Mum and to me is absolutely brilliant.
Any company is only as good at their staff and all of them, that I have meet, are are probably the best you can get.

When I found myself in need of carers I had no idea what to look for but my neighbour said she'd heard good reports about Personal Carers. I rang and two carers came and explained what I needed to know. I felt very comfortable with them and luckily you could accommodate me at short notice.
Best
decision I've ever made. Each week I'm given a list of who is coming and at approximately what time.
Everyone is so cheerful and helpful they have all made my journey so much easier.
Sadly I feel I shall have to say goodbye soon but will always remember the help and care you have given me. THANK YOU

I cannot over emphases the excellent care I have had from my carers - nothing is too much trouble for them and I let them all enter my property by themselves in order to wake me up and start my daily routine. They are always perfectly dressed, clean and tidy and always leave me and my home the same.
Everyone is also very chatty cheerful, and observant and I like the way they always contact base with any changes in me, so that all carers are informed. On rare occasion even discreet photos are taken of the problem area.

This wonderful team go above and beyond, and standards remain very high. Professional, kind , generous, supportive, caring - they give themselves to ensure the comfort, safety, well-being and dignity of those they care for. They cared for my dear mum for five years and brought so much joy into her
life and also to us as a family. Precious time right to the end. There is not enough praise for them. The bottom line is - they care, really care.

Before the care team came into my father's life, he was often sad, lonely, and frustrated as he tried to navigate the challenges of living with dementia. From the moment they started, everything changed. They didn't just provide care - they truly scooped him up, befriended him, and offered the daily
support and reassurance he so desperately needed in a world that can feel uncertain and overwhelming.
They cheer him up, make him laugh, and bring lightness into his days. In difficult moments, they deal with emergencies calmly and with great common sense, giving us as a family real peace of mind. Most importantly, they never forget that my dad is a person with his own aims, interests, and dignity - not just a client.
We will always be deeply grateful for the kindness, compassion, and humanity they bring to his care.

Every carer who visited my Mum treated her with the utmost respect. They never hurried her and were always encouraging. They paid her compliments and remembered her on her birthday and at Christmas with gifts and cards.
The carers were supportive of the whole family often going above and beyond.
They were amazing when things took a downward turn, giving sound advice regarding Mums ongoing care. On occasions when an ambulance was required they took charge relieving family of that additional stress.
Cant recommend them highly enough.

We have been using this company for the last 3 months for my mum. I cannot express in words how well they look after her and how much more relaxed i am knowing the same staff are checking in twice a day and reporting back to me. The app they use so that we can see how she is following each
visit is so very helpful. Recently on arrival in the morning, mum was struggling to breath, the quick action and care given, calling the emergency services and staying with her until they and myself had managed to arrive, can not be commended enough. I would without doubt with total confidence recommend this company.

Dad has been using this lovely company for a few months to administer his medication due to confusion. They always turn up at the scheduled time and introduce a new carer to Dad if they will be seeing him. Dad loves the carers and having a chat with them. The app that is used is fantastic and is
another form of communication and keeps us updated. The office will always make us aware of anything a carer has noticed or a problem with Dad.
I would whole heartedly recommend this company as they are efficient, friendly, and very caring and we know Dad is in safe hands.

When my mum required care at home there was only one company I considered. Having previously met the ladies there was nobody I'd trust more to look after her. She is treated as if she was their own mum, with care, love and dignity. Nothing is too much trouble and the communication to our family is
excellent. If you require care for a family member then look no further.

The time came for our Mum to have help at home due to her increasing mobility issues. We contacted Personal Choice Carers who came to see Mum and assess her needs very quickly. They started to visit her very soon after. From our point of view, they have been extremely helpful and supportive from day
one in ensuring that our Mum receives the right level of care that she needs. They set up a What'sApp Group to allow us to communicate with them easily as well as providing access to the Birdie App so we can see information on each carer visit. We can also call them on their duty phone number. This has really provided so much piece of mind. More importantly, the care that they provide to our Mum is the perfect combination of being friendly, caring and professional while ensuring that our Mum retains her dignity. They always go above and beyond. From our Mum's point of view she thinks that the carers are 'all lovely'! We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My mum is in the later stages of her illness, Frontal Temporal Dementia. We as a family, were starting to feel the strain. Personal Choice started helping us and I cannot put into words how much of a relief it has been. The girls have been an absolute godsend. They are patient, kind, caring,
reliable and have given us the chance to spend more quality time with Mum. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I would not hesitate to recommend them. A massive thank you girls, you truly are amazing.

The service we receive from Personal Choice Carers is crucial in enabling my mum to continue living in her own home with advanced Alzheimer's. The team are kind and patient, Mum is always very happy to see the carers. They have a good amount of knowledge and experience with regards to Mum's illness
and have a great balance of being both friendly and professional. The whole family can feel comforted in the knowledge that Mum is being well cared for.
