I found the service efficient and empathetic to my needs. The caring staff were both extremely friendly and very good at their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Riann Care to anyone in need.
I also found them extremely good value for money.

Riann Care helped us to plan and begin the care journey with my dad - talking to him and understanding exactly what his needs were right now, and helping us to have a plan in place for future as things changed. They were on hand to give frank and honest advice, always treated dad with the utmost
respect and gave us advice on health conditions and how to manage them. They were always on the end of the phone, nothing was too much trouble and they always went above and beyond. Lorraine's passion for what she does running this company is obvious and her team is hand picked to reflect that too. I can not recommend them highly enough and wouldn't heistate to tell anyone beginning their care journey or looking for some information or advice to get in touch with them. Thank you all so much for your help with dad - it meant so much.

I cannot thank the live-in care team enough for the care they provide to my father.
They are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They respond quickly to any need and never make anything feel like a burden. Their communication is clear and reassuring, which gives real peace of mind.
What
stands out most is how often they go beyond what is expected. They always put my father's dignity, comfort, and wellbeing first. They treat him as a person, not a task.
Knowing he has consistent, 24-hour care from people who truly care makes an enormous difference to our whole family. We trust them completely.
I would highly recommend this care team to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, live-in care.

We've been using Riann Care now for over 18 months to assist my Mother with her post stroke mobility problems.
We decided to select a team of 4/5 for continuity. This has worked well. They are incredibly kind, reliable, professional & age appropriate. The Agency has been flexible with any
changing care plan needs. There is solid back up from the office, communication is good and have responded well in any emergency.
My Mum enjoys their company & has formed relationships with each care giver. Trust is essential as I'm not local, and am confident that my Mother is in safe hands.
We are very grateful to have found such a lovely group of dedicated carers, and would certainly recommend Riann Care.

My carer does not hassle me and speaks in a quiet and respectful way. I like the fact that she talks to me some of the time. She helps me to make dinner and is willing to try anything I ask her to do. I enjoyed teaching my helper how to cook from scratch. I liked the fact that I can trust her to
just get on with things.

Riann Care looked after my mother at end of life. The carers were very efficient and kind. When I had to change times or length of visit this was dealt with immediately. They really helped and supported us through a difficult time. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

You need another category i.e very good. We are all frail human beings and cannot be excellent all the time but that is the category I will use to describe the service Riann care offers, as 'good' is not enough.
All the carers I have met have been delightful, willing to take on any task that
requires their support and unfailingly cheerful. They are now part of my life.

My mother and I have been extremely grateful for the consistently high level of care, kindness and compassion shown by all staff at Rhian Care. The manager and her staff supported and provided palliative care for my father, often going “ above and beyond” what would have been expected and have been,
and continue to be, a huge support for Mum. The team who visit her now have been instrumental in “getting her back on her feet” after a serious illness and nothing is too much trouble. Office support from the office manager is excellent too and she is always there to help with any queries.
