We couldn't have asked for better and Lorraine, Alison and Suzie, in particular, went over and above to ensure Dad's best interests were always at the forefront of everyone's mind.

We've been using Riann Care now for over 18 months to assist my Mother with her post stroke mobility problems.

We decided to select a team of 4/5 for continuity. This has worked well. They are incredibly kind, reliable, professional & age appropriate. The Agency has been flexible with any changing care plan needs. There is solid back up from the office, communication is good and have responded well in any emergency.

My Mum enjoys their company & has formed relationships with each care giver. Trust is essential as I'm not local, and am confident that my Mother is in safe hands.

Riann Care helped us to plan and begin the care journey with my dad - talking to him and understanding exactly what his needs were right now, and helping us to have a plan in place for future as things changed. They were on hand to give frank and honest advice, always treated dad with the utmost respect and gave us advice on health conditions and how to manage them. They were always on the end of the phone, nothing was too much trouble and they always went above and beyond. Lorraine's passion for what she does running this company is obvious and her team is hand picked to reflect that too. I can not recommend them highly enough and wouldn't heistate to tell anyone beginning their care journey or looking for some information or advice to get in touch with them. My carer does not hassle me and speaks in a quiet and respectful way. I like the fact that she talks to me some of the time. She helps me to make dinner and is willing to try anything I ask her to do. I enjoyed teaching my helper how to cook from scratch. I liked the fact that I can trust her to just get on with things.

Riann Care looked after my mother at end of life. The carers were very efficient and kind. When I had to change times or length of visit this was dealt with immediately. They really helped and supported us through a difficult time. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

My mother and I have been extremely grateful for the consistently high level of care, kindness and compassion shown by all staff at Rhian Care. The manager and her staff supported and provided palliative care for my father, often going “ above and beyond” what would have been expected and have been, and continue to be, a huge support for Mum. The team who visit her now have been instrumental in “getting her back on her feet” after a serious illness and nothing is too much trouble. Office support from the office manager is excellent too and she is always there to help with any queries.
