Great service from Home Instead. They have been looking after my mother who lives with advanced dementia. They have done an amazing job at keeping her happy and safe in her own home, I cannot thank you enough.

Home instead has been amazing with caring for my father with his advanced Alzheimer's condition. I can't thank the team enough for supporting both him and the rest of my family through this difficult time.

We feel thoroughly cared for and supported by the team. The carers have been lovely, kind, and caring, and always punctual. When one goes through challenging times with a loved one, you just need that reassurance and practical help which helps relieve a stressful and worrying situation. The office always get back to us, when we phone or message, so very reliable! We are very satisfied with the level of service. The name of the company was given to us by the hospital on discharge, and since then we have heard that Home Instead is certainly one of the best companies in the area. This is the first time we have had to have carers, and it certainly has been a good experience so far.

What an amazing team at Home Instead. I have no reservations in recommending them, the ladies & gent in the office are so helpful, professional and responsive. The ladies that come out to mum are just wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they are so caring, it is so comforting to know that mum is being so well looked after, thank you to you all.

Excellent service. Identified the issue, replaced a part efficiently & communicated well. The team were very professional, friendly & helpful. Very happy with all aspects of the service. The pre service communication was excellent. I knew exactly what was happening at all times. The service was provided in a timely and friendly manner.

I am extremely happy with the service & level of care from Home instead. I have experienced many different care companies throughout my life but this is one of the first I have been completely happy with. From all the office to the carers there is a high level of quality care who care about me as a person but continually adapt to my needs too. They are more expensive than other care companies but their level of care & commitment to clients outweighs any cost. It is quite difficult to find good care so when you find someone that makes you feel safe & secure it is worth everything.

Excellent service given from the start to present day. I needed care in place for my mum at very short notice and was served almost immediately. Short notice wasn't an issue and the care package in place is invaluable to me. Thankyou

We contacted 'Home instead' with a view to having help for my mother twice a day as she had fallen and was unable to look after herself. They were able to help and a carer started the very next day. The same lady came morning and evening which was good for my mother and she liked the lady. Unfortunately two days later my mother has another fall, and it was the carer who found her. We decided that mum could not live on her own any more and immediate action needed to be taken' Home instead 'were able to put a lovely lady in with my mum on that afternoon and she did a wonderful job of looking after my mum every day while we were able to sort out the problem. We are very impressed with all the staff at Aylesbury 'Home instead and would like to say a big thank you for helping us out at a difficult time.

My regular carer and regular back up carer are excellent. My regular carer will help and care for me in any way I ask. She is patient and emphasizes well with me and goes way beyond in all she does. She is a friend, companion, carer, cook and home help all wrapped into one.

I am very satisfied with my carer, she never complains about anything I get her to do and smiles when I come up with outrageous suggestions, I just hope the staff have a long and happy relationship, which also depends on me 'behaving' myself at all times.

I have found the carers very professional and empathetic. They are well trained and happy in their roles. I have had a bad experience with another agency that supported me last year so I feel Home Instead have been a breath of fresh air!! I have two main carers that support me and their knowledge and skill put me at ease very quickly. The office team are very efficient too.

All my Home Instead helpers are very helpful. They help with shopping, hoovering, gardening, taking me out for a walk, opening bottles, cheering my day up, and taking me out for events, e.g. Dung Beatles concert.

As my Dad's mobility and health deteriorated we progressively brought in care for him so that he could remain in his bungalow. Home Instead were absolutely brilliant and filled all the care requirements that Dad needed. Eventually Dad required 24/7 care and so a live in carer was provided. The live in carer was brilliant and could not have been more considerate and caring. I have only complete praise and thanks for the way Home Instead responded to my Dad's care needs. The office staff also have my thanks and praise for the way in which they responded to our care requests, especially as sometimes when there were unexpected circumstances, the office staff immediately responded and this meant that Dad was never without the care he needed.

We have had two excellent carers over the time and in particular the one who stayed with us for most of the time. Management did respond to our requests to keep our carer when a change was mooted, otherwise difficult to assess value for money is difficult to assess but we are concerned that the actual carers do not receive a fair distribution of the charge.

Home Instead Aylesbury Vale provides an outstanding level of care and compassion for my mum right up until the end. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were all amazing with my family as well as Mum. Can't recommend them enough.

After several falls it was clear that help was needed on a daily basis. The daunting task of finding carers was helped by recommendation from friends who were using Home Instead for their parents. The initial contact was very easy and all the information required was obtained from the friendly and knowledgeable manager. After the initial home meeting, things were soon set up and have continued to run smoothly. We have been very impressed with the kindness and professional care that is being provided on a twice-daily basis.

The carers I have looking after me support me and are always there for my needs. I highly recommend they all know their roles and complete them with satisfaction. They help me to do jobs I can not do myself. They support me with good companionship and listen to what I require, I could not be without them. Thank Home Instead carers.

Home Instead have provided very sympathetic and reassuring companionship care for my sister who is the early stages of dementia. She was very anxious about how it would work but her carer has developed a great rapport with her. The regular visits have brightened her life and allowed her to get out and about. Since my sister has moved into a care home we have continued with the visits, this helped smooth the transition into her new life and she really enjoys being taken out for a walk or a drive. The care coordinator picked up on my sister’s needs and found the right person, the admin is straightforward and I have had helpful feedback.
