The carers have been so considerate to Mum's needs and she really looks forward to the visits. A special mention for one staff member in particular who has gone over and beyond. Showing real care for Mum, she brightens her day and it gives me a sense of relief that Mum is being so well looked after
given that I live quite far away. Excellent service, would recommend.

Fantastic service and team. So supportive to not just my Dad but the entire family in what was a very difficult situation for us all. Highly recommend Tamworth Home Care to anyone looking for a caring and considerate team for home care provision.

Tamworth Home Care offer exemplary care, from an extensive range of amazing carers. They have helped me from being bed/wheelchair bound, to actually eating food, I now walk with crutches. The ladies are all amazing, courteous, really helpful and polite. They all go the extra mile, above and beyond,
never bring personal issues at home into work. They smile, despite wearing PPE. They are all so professional and courteous, caring, well-mannered, tenacious, hard-working people.

I can say the care we have received has been excellent. Much better than previous carers we have had but think they should give times they arrive to clients as waiting for carers to arrive is not good to do washing and cleaning. I find it difficult waiting. Calling times should be known by clients.

I find this company very good and respectful. Staff very good help in any way they can. They treat you with good manners, always ask if they can do anything for you to make things easy for me.
Always ask me if they can call me by my first name and are very professional.

Since Tamworth Home Care have taken over the care of my nan, everything has improved, my nan is a lot happier and feels a lot safer with the carers from Tamworth Home Care. Overall we are very happy with every aspect of the service provided for my nan over the last couple of months, and would

I have been a client since January 2023. This has been an extremely positive experience, enabling my recovery and rehabilitation from a long-standing and serious illness. I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, reliability and friendliness of all the carers. I hope soon to be able to do
without the service but I will miss it enormously when I can!

Very satisfactory staff, on time for appointments which is important regarding tablets/meds. The staff maintain cleaning of the house and maintaining health. A clean house = good/better health. Overall improvement in mental and physical well-being.

After a bad start with another company, it is very refreshing to have carers coming in who do care. They are all very friendly and helpful.

Tamworth Home Care are providing a very professional high standard level of care to my nan. Since using this care company my nan is a lot more confident and looks a lot better in herself. My nan is very impressed with the company and the efficiency of the carers.

From the outset, I have been pleased (delighted) with the care received from carers, without exception. They come in and competently prepare me for the day. It's lovely to have chats and jokes with them, they are always jolly and very caring and interested in me. They are always helpful and have my

My father is very conscientious and stubborn. The carer Tamworth Home Care sent to my father after a fall was very professional and within a few weeks after encouragement got him washing and cooking for himself again. I would definitely recommend Tamworth Home Care.

The carers looked after my grandad with dignity and compassion. We had a regular carer who got to know Grandad and built a trusting relationship with him. The carers and management responded well to Grandad's ever-changing needs, due to his dementia. The carers always arrived on time, despite living
in a rural village. I would recommend Tamworth Home Care to anybody looking for a caring, trustworthy and well-run care provider.

My mum has been bed-bound for four months and since using THC she has come on in leaps and bounds. They have helped her massively with her confidence, she has progressed with her walking and they are very professional.

I wanted to say a massive thank you.
My mom had her stroke in July and ever since you have taken over her care it’s been great.
We have our regulars but everyone is brilliant.
My dad has also had three sits for Mom whilst he goes out now and they have been great.
Also, everyone is always
super supportive of both Mom and Dad and they can’t do enough for Mom.
It’s not just thanks from Dad, it’s also from me.

Responsive and caring agency. Overall care staff have worked hard to support my mother, with the main carer going out of her way to implement a management routine to help my mother manage her pain and to meet her emotional needs as well as her physical ones.
