The guys care for my mom who is at home in bed all day day bless her , I always ask her how have the carers been and her answer is good! She has too special ones which she loves , also Pauline in the office for ordering her meds there's to many to ment but there all caring and good !! X

Regular carers that know husband well attended.They talked to him throughout the visit advising him of what they were doing. They actually arrived on time and were both polite and friendly. All rubbish removed and area left tidy.

Over the last few weeks my wife has had care from a number of care workers who have all shown a caring respectful attitude to my wife. From the moment they walk in they cheerfully greet my wife in a friendly manner and make her feel as if she is the only one they care for. They show empathy and make her feel at ease. They willingly carry out the required tasks without question.

The carers have been so considerate to Mum's needs and she really looks forward to the visits. A special mention for one staff member in particular who has gone over and beyond. Showing real care for Mum, she brightens her day and it gives me a sense of relief that Mum is being so well looked after given that I live quite far away. Excellent service, would recommend.

Fantastic service and team. So supportive to not just my Dad but the entire family in what was a very difficult situation for us all. Highly recommend Tamworth Home Care to anyone looking for a caring and considerate team for home care provision.

Tamworth Home Care offer exemplary care, from an extensive range of amazing carers. They have helped me from being bed/wheelchair bound, to actually eating food, I now walk with crutches. The ladies are all amazing, courteous, really helpful and polite. They all go the extra mile, above and beyond, never bring personal issues at home into work. They smile, despite wearing PPE. They are all so professional and courteous, caring, well-mannered, tenacious, hard-working people.

I can say the care we have received has been excellent. Much better than previous carers we have had but think they should give times they arrive to clients as waiting for carers to arrive is not good to do washing and cleaning. I find it difficult waiting. Calling times should be known by clients.

Always ask me if they can call me by my first name and are very professional.

Since Tamworth Home Care have taken over the care of my nan, everything has improved, my nan is a lot happier and feels a lot safer with the carers from Tamworth Home Care. Overall we are very happy with every aspect of the service provided for my nan over the last couple of months, and would recommend Tamworth Home Care to anyone.

I have been a client since January 2023. This has been an extremely positive experience, enabling my recovery and rehabilitation from a long-standing and serious illness. I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, reliability and friendliness of all the carers. I hope soon to be able to do without the service but I will miss it enormously when I can!

Very satisfactory staff, on time for appointments which is important regarding tablets/meds. The staff maintain cleaning of the house and maintaining health. A clean house = good/better health. Overall improvement in mental and physical well-being.

After a bad start with another company, it is very refreshing to have carers coming in who do care. They are all very friendly and helpful.
