My mum has been bed-bound for four months and since using THC she has come on in leaps and bounds. They have helped her massively with her confidence, she has progressed with her walking and they are very professional.
Thank you for sharing your mum's amazing progress with us! We're pleased to have played a part in her journey to better health. Providing professional care is our priority, and we're delighted to hear about her increased confidence and mobility. We're here to support her continued success and well-being. If you need anything else, please reach out. Thank you so much for your review!
My mom had her stroke in July and ever since you have taken over her care it’s been great.
We have our regulars but everyone is brilliant.
My dad has also had three sits for Mom whilst he goes out now and they have been great.
Also, everyone is always super supportive of both Mom and Dad and they can’t do enough for Mom.
It’s not just thanks from Dad, it’s also from me.
Responsive and caring agency. Overall care staff have worked hard to support my mother, with the main carer going out of her way to implement a management routine to help my mother manage her pain and to meet her emotional needs as well as her physical ones.
Very compassionate carers. Always treated my mother-in-law with dignity and respect, always reassuring and explaining necessary procedures carried out during their visits. Provided holistic personal care of a high standard, liaising with other health care professionals when appropriate to ensure the best care. Excellent communicators to both her and the family, providing care throughout her terminal illness enabling a peaceful death in her home, the place of her choice, with loving family around her.
Thank you. You are all doing and continue to do a fantastic job and I’m sure people don’t tell you all enough. As a nation, we are very quick to give feedback when things go wrong. So thank you to everyone in the office and out in the community.
I would like to say a massive thank you to all the carers who are looking after my husband at present. Each and every carer has been fantastic. Very helpful, thoughtful and always cheerful. I can't thank you all enough for your help. I would highly recommend Tamworth Homecare. Once again, thank you.
Communication poor as don't keep people up to date when clients cancel calls and they try and cut epilepsy medication down by half when you are supposed to be taking 50ml in the morning and 50ml at night.
